This was my first time ordering a balloon arch ever and I couldn't have been more impressed. Also, ordering from the website was super simple. While of course pricey, in comparison to other businesses in the city, I found TO Balloons to be the most reasonable. Will definitely order from here again in the future! read more

Very glad we ordered from TO balloons! Conveniently located at Liberty Village. The staff were really friendly and the balloons look very high quality as well (unlike dollar store ones) I'd highly recommend buying balloons here, they offer different packages so I'm sure you'll find something you like. They offer delivery or pick up as well! read more

We were throwing a party for my dad's 90th and wanted a balloon bouquet. We live out of town so everything was done over the phone and email. They were so helpful and patient as we figured out colors. The best part is they sent pictures of the balloons I chose, blown up so I could see how they'd look IRL next to each other. I changed colors a couple of times and they were very quick to send the new versions. Delivery went smoothly and the bouquet looked beautiful! Really brought a lot of joy to the space! The price was very reasonable as well. I would use their services again - maybe for my dad's 95th! read more

STAY AWAY!!! Subpar, terrible and unreliable service! Contacted TO Balloons in advance to inquire about blowing up balloons I bought on Amazon(4.5/5 stars reviews). They told me to arrive at 6PM and assured me that it would be done in 20-30 minutes. Dropped them off and walked around Liberty Village and came back, only to realize that my balloons were untouched. Ended up waiting nearly 2 hours since they only had 2 staff working on a very busy long weekend, inundated with balloon orders. Their only option was that they would refund me the money, but clearly this was not a viable solution since I was heading to a important birthday party for a milestone birthday at 7PM that same night. The 2 staff working were extremely stressed and kept receiving texts and phone calls from other customers who were inquiring about their orders. In a distraught state, the 2 staff very quickly blew them up and shoved them in plastic bags. Ended up waiting until 7:45PM. Got to the restaurant and brought them in only to realize that half the helium balloons DID NOT FLOAT. Justifiably, tried asking for a refund but only to get a very rude response of "go ask Amazon for a refund". Save your money and go elsewhere to avoid disappointment. read more

TO Balloons makes it so easy and convenient to order from the website! They have such cute options and have lots of pick up times available. They will bring the balloons out to your vehicle once you arrive to avoid any unnecessary contact. Will continue to order from them in the future :) read more

I was excited to see a party store relatively close to the core, but that excitement was short lived. I've never seen inflated helium balloons deflate so fast, less than 24 hours before the balloons hit the ground. If you want to drag along some saggy floor balloons to your party, I suggest going here, they'll take your money and tell you to kick rocks if you complain about their services. Not worth it, don't go. read more

She took my order, credit card info and told me when I could pick up the bouquet. When I arrived the next day, it was packaged up and ready to go. I ordered a second bouquet two weeks later with instructions to include a balloon with a pug in it and once again, they delivered! Both bouquets were priced around $30 for 7 balloons (one mylar and 6 latex). The helium balloons don't last a super long time (about a week before they start losing helium) but Zest for Living has been my go to for my balloon bouquet needs!

For our company open house, we asked TO Balloons to create 2 Balloon installations for our space to spruce up our interiors. From the initial phone consultation, they immediately understood our needs and suggested ideas that would take our concept to the next level. The result was akin to a minimalist art installation and surprisingly only took the team 26 minutes to install. Had a chance to get ballons from TO Balloons for 2020 New Years. It was my last positive experience of the year (COVID am I right?). All jokes aside, I know nothing about decorating for parties. Very friendly staff. I ordered online. Did a contactless pickup. They followed my instructions perfectly. The next day, one of my foil #1 balloons had deflated before my nephews party.
