My old go-to store (Little Party Shop) is just too far out of my way now and has an atrocious parking situation. I also recently had a bad experience with a big box party store (Party City). I looked through the Yellow Pages and online but my neighbourhood has a distinct lack of balloon stores (i.e. St Clair West near Keele). I had a simple order (12 helium balloons in a variety of colours) that I wanted to pick up on a certain day & time and Balloonagram came through for me. I called them and placed the order over the phone (they seem to have some online ordering for delivery but it seemed kind of weird to me/run by a third party and it's in US funds?). A good old-fashioned phone call order did the trick for me. It's funny how dependent I've become on on-line ordering for basic things! Overall, I would recommend Balloonagram to you. They had my order correctly/perfectly made and ready for pick up when I arrived. Just don't be swayed by their non-glamorous storefront - it's functional and kind of like don't judge a book by its cover.

Our contract agreed our credit card would be charged the day following our wedding. In January we received a call that they had forgotten to process our payment of 6000$. We realize this is a bit our fault, but assumed the charges had come out with the catering cost, and were unprepared to pay that much money 4 months after our wedding. We created a payment plan with one of their workers Vera, which approved 4 equal payments over 4 months. We agreed to this by phone and email, and we signed a new credit card approval. To our dismay they charged us once as agreed and then 3 more times over the course of 2 weeks. When we called to discuss they were rude, unprofessional and said it was our fault for not paying on time (even though they were the ones who never charged us). These guys have horrendous organization, customer service and professionalism. They are not able to run a business in a timely way and despite being part of the wedding industry are so unknowledgeable about events. I would caution against using them over and over.
