The touch bar had never had an issue so I thought maybe something happened during the screen fix. Life got in the way and I didn't get to calling MBS for a few more weeks. When I finally went in, they told me that it was pure "coincidence" that the touch screen stopped working and even though it was literally right after they pulled the computer apart, it definitely wasn't them and they would not fix it... except if we paid another $500. Now we have a touch bar that doesn't work and they've lost a customer and an advocate. Such a disappointment.
