I received the scanned image just two days after mailing, asking for a review of the file. The scanned image looked better than the original - none of the fold lines were visible! Instead, I got three copies on stuff card stock and it looked great. When I sought a frame I realized that it wasn't a standard size so I went back and asked if it could be done at 103%. The man did it and when I pulled out my wallet he said "Merry Christmas" and didn't charge. Pretty nice, I thought. They did not charge me for my own mistake even though I was willing to pay another ten bucks. By the way, they have lots and lots of copying and graphic-producing equipment. If you have a big job check them out.
