Came in here for a jewelry change on my triple helix. Service was super fast, clean, and comfortable. It was a little on the pricey side just for a switch out but I don't ever mind paying for convenience so you've been warned. The vibes here are super dungeony. Not your preppy, college tattoo shop vibe. But I love some good blackout curtains and my ride is tinted dark so I was comfortable there. read more

I literally never leave reviews, this is my first one ever but I had to! So me and a friend of mine showed up as a walk in. I was deciding between a couple different designs and I showed the artist (Chad Payne) what I wanted. He proceeded to instantaneously use an upsetting and concerning tone of voice with me. He was impatient and not welcoming in any way. He also wayyy overpriced. We ended up deciding on one I wanted and Chad completely botched it. He rushed through it and finished suuuper quick. He also used a slur while talking to his coworkers and doing my tattoo. Very rude and cocky artist, not welcoming, seems to not enjoy his job in any capacity, not personable at all. Be careful of this place. I think they have some limited talent and some new guys. I went in looking for a style of sleeve to have done. They want to price things out by the piece which is worrisome because they have you committed before you know the price. Originally was told 2-2.5k, when I asked for an agreement on price ceiling suddenly the quote turned into 8,000!$ because "I have a big ass arm" I did not get a tattoo here but it strikes me that the bulk of their business is small cookie cutter stuff that new artists can put out without a huge risk of F'n things up. read more

The only reason this place deserves the one star is because of the piercer, Caleb. He was very kind. Well, that was a complete train wreck. my repiercing of my ears went exactly as it should. BUT before that it all went sideways. My nose ring came out at 1:40 today and by 6 the hole was closed. So, the piercer said it needed to be redone- no big deal. So, off we go. Everything went well UNTIL the piercing needle came out and blood gushed from my nose. I am not exaggerating. GUSHING. I cupped my hands under my chin and hands were full of blood within seconds. Blood was down my neck, all down my arms, the front of my shirt and , oddly enough, on my forehead. This continues until about 2 cups of blood was lost within moments. I'm leaning over the sink and it's a fountain of blood. The piercer held it together and was very emotionally supportive. So, when all that stopped, I was covered in blood, the floor had puddles of blood, the stool had blood everywhere, it was on the wall by the sink, all over me and my clothes. So. Yeah. The owner called the next day, after I called 3x. He told me that it was an apprentice who pierced me (it wasn't) and that the paper I signed said he was an apprentice (it didn't) and that I signed a waiver regarding property being lost, stolen or damaged (listed no where). Gary also explained that this is how he needs his kids. And tried to make me feel guilty about asking for a partial refund. He threw the piercer under the bus. And I did get a whole $20 and a bottle of ocean. I would be a client of Caleb if he changed shops but I'll never give those people a dime of my money ever again. Oh, and he said for me to call the health department, they wouldn't do anything because they "all get free work done" there. read more

This shop is very clean. the artists were very professional. I just got a semicolon tattoo, but they were accommodating. I know most artists do not want to do simple "flash" tattoos. They didn't even have "flash" pictures all over the place. They seem like a place that likes to do unique designs. I will go back. read more

Overall the aesthetic of the place was great! The ambience was nice, I came in with a few friends with the intention of 2 of my friends getting tattoos and myself getting a piercing. If you're looking for a piercing BY ALL MEANS GO FOR IT the piercer Cristina was amazing, she was super nice and very friendly and quick with her profession. By the time we left we had spent just over 4 hours there and only one of my friends got a tattoo because of how long it took (since it was hand drawn) but that was ok because it had to be free styled because it was a specific design. My other friend on the other hand who gave his tattoo design to one of the artists and I don't know I guess she just forgot about it; well he sat there waiting for a tattooer to come available (even though 3 of them had open chairs) just to be told about 30 minutes BEFORE WE LEFT that nobody could take him. All the meanwhile as one of the tattooers was getting ready to leave saying "I'm gonna head out since I've got nobody to tattoo!" My friend and I just looked at each other with shock, since we were told that nobody was available. It just lacked professionalism overall. If you're coming for a tattoo expect to be there a GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME. read more
