The whole process was seamless. Michael was great to work with when it came to scheduling and confirming everything, and the building was easy to find. I took his advice and had the Uber go to the building across the street and it worked like a charm. Dapheney and Philipp were so wonderful when it came to hair and makeup. I felt gorgeous and just told them to do their thing based on what they thought would look best. (And as a bonus, I got to look hot when seeing a Broadway show that night.) I felt like an old Hollywood screen siren. Raya was professional and INCREDIBLE. I used some of her costumes and she helped me feel way more comfortable than I ever thought I could in my skin. She knew the right lighting and angles to bring out my best features, and did I mention it was so FUN? I didn't know I could pose like that. I was able to see all the photos within a day and was blown away by her skill. My boyfriend was so impressed too and had a hard time choosing his favorites because there were so many good ones. We hope to do a session as a couple someday in the future when visiting NYC. If you're thinking about doing a session, book it! This is a present you'll give yourself and it's so worth it.

Since the very beginning everything was so professional. It was very easy to communicate what I wanted and everything was executed exactly the way that I had envisioned it. Leandro's photography is great…read more The problem was that he didn't show because I couldn't wire him the money during my rehearsal dinner because Wells Fargo was closed on Saturday Night. I never was given a contract to sign. Just told that I would get a contract when he was paid. Whatever, so I gave him a check and forgetting that he didn't cash it, I removed the account as cash for all the Vendors on the day of the wedding which was Sunday. Who cashes a check on a Saturday? I couldn't put it back so I transferred the money from another account so Leandro could get his payment but the banks were closed and he said "if you don't pay me in 1 hour, i am not showing up!" This was at my rehearsal dinner!!! I ended up with another photographer of three available who took cash at job site. I would love to know if anyone had an event he shot on June 8, 2014 because he left my job to go to yours. If you had no other plans on a Sunday of June 8th, except my Wedding; why would you quit and refuse to take cash at site of event? tell me only pay pal... Then tell me you are going to a Birthday Party? Leandro only paypals, no charge card processor probably because this is his side job and there are fees to charge machines. I just don't paypal because paypal doesn't have credit card protection and they wouldn't refund my money for package that was never delivered but left at my door supposedly. Oh, and he kept my deposit of $600 as a Engagement Photo Fee, which was included as part of the Wedding Shoot Package. This was agreed but only had we not used him for the Wedding; not if he found something better to do and not show up. Bottom line is... Leandro is good photographer so many would wanna use him and there is a chance that he could find other jobs if you book him and wait to pay him last minute.
