Takes my money, I try it, and it has this AWFUL AFTERTASTE. I have the clerk try it and he says,"this isn't my favorite flavor, but it does have a weird taste" then he proceeds to tell me, ITS STORE POLICY TO NOT RETURN VAPES EVEN IF THEY TASTE AWFUL. They only exchange it if the vape doesn't puff! This place is GREEDY like their lil goblin of a manager. THEY FRAUDED ME OUT OF MY LAST $22. The only money I had. Now I have no vape, and an even worse day. All I wanted was a vape. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THIS COMPANY'S SORES!!

When I explained what I was looking for the gentleman offer to mix the juice for me. Once he mixed it, he asked if I wanted a sweetener added. At this time I declined to see if the flavors would be enough. He said that if I changed my mind to bring it in and he would add it. Due to the attention that I received, this will be the only vape shop I will use. I was made to feel like they appreciated my business and would make sure that anything I purchased would be to my satisfaction or they would fix it. He signed me up in the customer emails. He also informed me that no matter which store I visited, they will have access to my mixtures, so I will never have to explain what I want.

My husband has been making juice for well over 6 years now…read more We are from out of town and he forgot one ingredient so we had to buy a bottle for the time being. The guy behind the counter wanted to argue with us about the VG count and then blew his breath at us when my husband said "man, I'm just here to buy some juice." He was very cocky and arrogant as if we had no idea what we are talking about. Almost treated us like we were children that didn't have a clue what vaping even was. I'm going to assumed that because we are not covered in the same crappy tattoos that he was covered in and that we didn't come rolling up on a skateboard that he figured we were jumping on some sort of bandwagon. This was extremely unprofessional on his behalf. I run my own business myself and would NEVER treat my clientele in that manner.
