Both the new owner and his wife were tremendous and great with their service, the selection was tremendous in their humidor and looks to be even greater than the future, and the prices were incredible. This is a small, aged but adequate shop, conveniently located in Downtown Williamsport. Their selection is limited, but for a small town it will suffice. It was missing any Punch selections, but I bought several Romeo Y Julieta 1875 sticks, 2 Fuente's a Rocky Patel and a factory reject. All for less than $60 - take THAT my local cigar store! Yes, it could use some remodeling, but it may be the only game in town, so needs to be supported. I suspect if they updated their interior they wouldn't get any more clientele anyway, and the prices would simply match those in larger cities. I would go back again read more

So I'm from out of town and was in the area working for a few weeks. Was in the mood to pick up a few cigars to have on hand and found some pretty good ones at reasonably low prices. Barb was there several times over the few weeks I patronized the quaint mom and pop cigar shop and was friendly and knowledgeable for most of my questions and needs. Each time there seem to be several locals that hung and chatted pleasantly and would also help me find the answers to any questions I might have. I appreciated Barb's kind demeanor and shall certainly visit again when I am in town. read more

This was my first visit to the Tobacco Center. I had read the reviews prior to checking it out & I was skeptical. The place was fine for a local small town cigar shop and they have about six chairs inside to enjoy your cigar. It's not fancy & could probably use a good cleaning--but if your traveling for work & want to have a smoke, it's fine. I've seen worse & I've seen better. Cigar selection is mediocre--I did notice some cigars looked like they should have been thrown out but they had Opus X and I bought one. The customers were friendly and talkative. If I'm in town for work, I would definitely visit again. read more

In town for DCA finals and I stopped in to look at the selection. Lounge area is small but has comfortable seats. Very poor ventilation. Smoke hangs around and never seems to really go away. Humidor has an odd aroma to it, I think partly because many of the cigars are unwrapped and left sitting out. Not sure what the smell is, but it's strange. Prices are fine, pretty standard across the board, though I was surprised to see Opux X at $32 each. Needs a thorough cleaning and better ventilation. read more

I walked into the place of business eight minutes before they closed I walked in and nobody approached me I went to the humidor room and the lady told me sir we are closing eight minutes I said OK well I can leave if you need to close. she tells me don't get smart with her. horrible customer service. So I turned around and I help her to close eight minutes early. I will never step foot back in the raunchy place again. Little did she know I was trying to place an order for 80 plus cigars. Decent selection, cigars have a weird covering on them, not mold but not sure what it is. Employees are nice so are the regulars. Lounge is comfy refreshments are reasonably priced. read more
