Bad customer service bought a disposable vape that was on sale went to use it right in front of the store and it wouldn't work so I walked back in and said this one is t working and they would not exchange it for one that worked even though I had just bought it like 1 minute ago! Almost every other vape shop in this area will let you exchange a defective vape for a working one if you just bought it and didn't even leave the store ! Their was a whole bin full of them so they could have easily exchanged it for a new one. Bad bad customer service ! Their are plenty of other vape shops in this area,to have this much competition and still have shitty customer service is just a bad business practice. The staff was replaced at some point and now they're super friendly and helpful. This store sells a huge variety of useful things, not just smoke supplies. Prices are mostly reasonable, plus a small upcharge (on account of it being a smaller business), wholesale tobacco and nicotine are the most reasonable. For glass and supplies, not the cheapest option, but the staff will help you find what you need in your price range, and the lass they have is mostly unique. Do not buy here! They sold me a fake Elf bar. The charger was on the opposite side of the vape and the light was a different color than it should have been. Bought a $30 Vape a rechargeable throwaway 30,000 puffs and went to recharge had a broken USB-C port on it went in for a refund or another we're complete assholes about it and said we cannot refund you your purchase. I'm going to give two stars because the younger gentleman Was very apologetic and kind and Reassured me that the older man would not be working there anymore, but that older man is most likely going to be working in another store somewhere else where he can do what he did to me and a friend of mine. Not only were we rushed around, like someone else mentioned, to pick out what we wanted although we were just wanting to look and check out everything, we were rushed. We asked questions about what was at the register and he started talking about some of the products were for male enhancement, although we weren't inquiring about those but he kept going back to it and wanting to talk about it and asked questions about our husbands and what we like in that context.
