Horrible service. Lady working there sold me a broken vape and stated that they are not responsible if it does not work. She stated I should I have tried it in the store which doesn't make sense with current Covid-19 restrictions. The worst costumer service. Not the first time getting a product Im not pleased with. I was also sold moldy, old cigars. I learned my lesson and I would not recommend anyone to this tobacco store. Two thumbs down. read more

The selection at this store is great. The owner is extremely nice and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have with this store is the lack of professionalism of one of the cashiers there. I'm in there 2-3 times a week, and every time she's working she's on her personal cell phone, either talking or sending texts while dealing with the customer. When she's talking on her phone she doesn't acknowledge the customer at all! No hello, no thank you, nothing. I find it extremely rude and disrespectful. The only time I don't see her on the phone is when the owner is there... Other than that, the prices are good and the selection is great. read more
