A woman and a man were at the center of the shop sitting at a tiny bar top with several liquor bottles against the wall in display - both were smoking big fat cigars. They had an expresso coffee machine at the bar. When you Check-In to the shop on YELP you receive a Free Cappucino Coffee. At the rear of the shop there was a small glass door room with the higher end cigars in display. A man, we think he was either a manager or family of the owner - not sure though, asked us if we wanted a tour, we thought, "theres more?" He walked us next door and it was a separate room with one elderly man smoking a cigar and watching sports on a wall monitor. At the rear of the room were several personal safes to store your coveted cigars for a fee of $400 a year. He even showed us a bathroom with beautiful decor, and I'm a big fan of a clean bathroom. We walked to the rear outside where there was a full bar and a poker table for friendly games. This cigar shop is a definite must see is visiting downtown Hollywood.
