This place will rip you off! I bought vape juice and coils for my vape and ended up buying the wrong coils. I hadn't even left the parking lot area before I checked and immediately went back to see If I could get the correct coils and was told that they didn't do refunds or exchanges. I ended up having to buy new coils without exchanging or getting a refund. I've been a long standing customer at that store for over 3 years and was completely taken aback at how they treated their valued customers. The service reps were genuinely nice and tried to accommodate as best as they could but was adamant on not exchanging anything. If you smoke cigarettes, you have to try their "roll your own" version of Marlboro brand cigarettes. They are great, no chemicals, no additives, and HALF the price of regular cigarettes. They also have a nice selection of lighters, cigarette cases, and various pipes for those that like to smoke tobacco, or whatever, from a pipe. They will let you sample the roll your own version of cigarettes when you stop by. If you smoke, give this place a try. Cheaper cigs, and they are less harsh. How can it go wrong??? What kind of vape shop doesn't have ejuice? Nice people, but I can't figure how they qualify as a vape shop. Tip: don't keep all your coils unwrapped in big plastic totes, it's gross. read more

I'm very happy with Kelly and her willingness to spend time with me . I have been sold a salt vapes system and 25 MG juice add a store in Mahopec. really nice guy but really really got me on the wrong path . I told him I was trying to quit smoking and that I smoked less than a half a pack a day yet the vapes set up he sold me was actually more nicotine than I was smoking cigarettes . Kelly took the time to look at what I had purchased two weeks prior at the other store and put me on the regular juice at 3 MGs. mostly I just like to pull a lot so she suggested that after I'm done with this three MGs that I go down to zero . She also told me unlike the other person ... How to take care of my pod and not to put a drop in the middle to "prime the pump " when you change pods which I was told do previously because it would burn out the unit. perhaps that was the point I'm beginning to wonder . This place is great! I used to come here all the time to get loosies because I couldn't afford regular cigarettes. The guy is always super nice and friendly and would always give me a couple extra because I was there so often. One time, I got like 8 loosies and when I got home I couldn't find them anywhere in my car or purse, so I went back to see if I had dropped them outside or in the store on my way out. Unfortunately they weren't there either but when I asked the guy if he'd seen me drop them, he said no and as I was leaving he stopped me and gave me like 4 or 5 I think. I tried not to accept it but he insisted and it was the coolest thing ever. I also love the pieces here, although I've never bought one. Anyway, fantastic service! read more

Much more reasonable then their neighbors "dt vapor and smoke" unlike DT (which should really be called BS) the people at tobacco king are reasonable and when they make mistakes or sell defective merchandise they usually make it right in some way . Go here instead of DT , the prices are much more reasonable and the staff is much more reasonable read more
