Ok. I completely understand that sales and returns are final. I called to ask for any troubleshooting tips and to see if I can MAYBE get a discount on the vape I normally buy because they talked me into buying something on sale. They literally would not even let me finish my sentence and just kept saying no refunds no exchanges even when I never asked for one. This guy is way overpriced , it felt like a sliding scale purchase. Bought a charger for my vape pen it was just a simple cheap piece I was after but it appeared to be not enough for the guy selling to me it felt like a 2$ piece at best went up to $5.57 .... am a 10-year customer of this location ever since the new owners have taken over the owner's brother seems to be managing the location 90% of the time he says he does not have the authority to do refunds or exchanges for damaged products besides that he is very rude and very disrespectful when you try to complain about the product that you purchased and how it had a malfunction and it was faulty I as a consumer cannot see myself being treated with disrespect when I am the purchaser so as for today I will no longer be frequent tobacco King and I urge the people that are being disrespected in any way form or matter also not to frequent that establishment read more

Very helpful, I'm not a huge smoker and wanted to buy a vape for a beginner, no mods or anything fancy. She (the owner I believe) was extremely helpful in guiding me around the store and finding the things I would need to get started, she ID'd before purchase and was friendly. Allowed me to smell some vape juices before purchase and was patience with my limited knowledge in vaping. Prices were extremely reasonable and I will be sure to bring my business back soon.
