I went there a couple of days ago and bought multiple items and one of them is not functioning…read moreproperly after opening it, went back to the store to get a replacement, they basically told me I'll sell you the faulty products and you just have to deal with and buy it again and refuse to replace it. Straight sad customer service, how do you not honor your products that you sell, something else need to be implemented when you have customers that spend a lot of money with them. And I asked for a receipt showing there's no exchange policy and he refused and wouldn't give me the number of management.
