The margins are huge and they are so greedy that they don't mind lying over the phone to get you in to buy an addictive product. Overall though, it's probably a good thing because the games they (in general) are playing with the pods ought to be illegal. It's like legalized crack. You can get hooked and then they place with the prices. I will never buy them at $21 for four, when he quoted 15.99.
