So I go through the drive thru he doesn't open the window but Maybe 2 inches I tell him I want 2 frozen blackberry fab in geek bar , I even held one up and showed him. I pay he hands me the stuff I drive off . When I get home I get them out of my purse and they both are white grape so I called he answered and got rude with me , called me a lier and said he had it recorded I told him good he needs to go back and review his tape then because that's not what I ordered. He says " well there's nothing I can now" . Um yes there is for 1 you can apologize for calling me a lier, and 2 make my order right by taken back the ones you got wrong and giving me what I ordered in thw first place. He said oh no I'm not going to do that. I'll pay the few extra dollars and go to Big Steve's from now on at least they get orders right. Tobacco USA is a rip Off !!!
