At the Bixby location, you will get personalized treatment. On the doctor side, Dr Glaser and Crystal will take care of all your needs in a friendly and informative manner. On the physical therapy (PT) side, Taylor and Misty will help you rehab in a 1-on-1 atmosphere. I've never seen a patient leave PT dissatisfied. Unlike other places that throw you on a treadmill for 30 minutes, these guys will stick by you and answer your questions in a straight-forward manner. They make the whole therapy process fun and exciting, just be prepared to talk about food (that's the common convo topic among patients and staff here). And in the middle of the two sides, Beth will take care of all the paperwork and scheduling. This staff is a legendary bunch; you won't find people like this anywhere else. These guys really do care about the patients. I interned on the PT side of the clinic for 12 weeks, and behind the scenes, everyone here really cares about the patients; it's not a fake act they throw on during the day. So, we paused appointments while we dealt with the insurance. We got the official green light, so I reached back out to Speech and Beyond. They haven't returned a single text/call in FOUR MONTHS. I doubt my son will ever get back in their schedule which is heartbreaking because he was making so much progress with his therapy.
