I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation. If you need any vehicle services in the area, Mr. Robert is definitely the person to call for fast, reliable, and excellent service.

Upon arrival, I attempted to explain this to the receptionist. She didn't even make contact with me, but instead just told me that the mechanic would take care of things. I should have insisted on speaking to someone but I wanted to trust the process. When I received the quote, I knew it was way off. I reached out to my mechanic (who also has Yelp reviews of 4.6+ as well) and asked if it sounded strange. He said he could beat it by $400, and probably more. I picked up my car (which still cost me a $125 diagnostic service fee) and took it to my other mechanic who did the work for $800 less. I'm sure The Hub stands by their work and their quote, but that is just so, so far off and a bit toned def to this customer's needs. All your receptionist had to do was listen to me and consider my request, but instead, you lost a potential new customer from the CY neighborhood. I hate that because I want to support local joints. From what other reviews say, this is a highly reputable place to take your vehicles -- so I can't argue its quality. I can only warn the consumer of its seemingly astronomical, pricey quotes.

When I picked it up, I immediately noticed that my instrument cluster was no longer working. My speedometer, fuel gauge, temperature gauge, and odometer display had all stopped working. Because I had a doctor's appointment, I had to leave with the vehicle and couldn't immediately return. When I brought the car back and explained that everything on the instrument cluster had been working before I brought it to the shop, I felt like my concerns were dismissed. Instead of looking into the issue, I was told that I was just trying to get something for free. That was frustrating and disrespectful, especially considering I had just paid hundreds of dollars for the repairs. I also discovered that my transmission was leaking after I got the car back. It was not leaking before I took it to the shop. I can even document this with photos of my driveway, which had no transmission fluid spots before the repair. Now it does. This wasn't my first issue. Years ago, I paid around $500 to have gasket leaks repaired on my 1986 Chevrolet Silverado. The leaks were never resolved, and I was told I would receive a refund. I returned multiple times to collect it, but it never happened. Even after that experience, I chose to give the shop another chance because I wanted to support the business. I understand that running an auto repair shop is difficult and that some customers may not always be honest. However, every customer should be judged based on their own actions. I have always tried to be respectful and pay for the work performed. Being accused of trying to get free labor after paying for repairs was disappointing. My advice is to thoroughly inspect your vehicle before leaving the shop. Check that everything works, including your gauges, dashboard, and for any fluid leaks, before driving away. My experience left me feeling that my business was not appreciated, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop based on what happened to me.

When I returned the vehicle to the shop to address the issue, I was told it was just "over spill," and they refused to fix the problem. I then took my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Memphis, where professionals confirmed that the work done at Euro Imports was poorly executed and not done by a knowledgeable mechanic. The repairs were unprofessional and potentially dangerous. Had I read the reviews prior to bringing my vehicle in, I never would have given them the opportunity. Also, if you try to raise concerns, they will reply through an unknowledgeable person who clearly has no real understanding of auto repairs. I know that if I drop my car off in the morning, they'll have it ready for me by the end of the day. They are never trying to gauge you on price - many times I have come in expecting to replace a tire and they've told me it's unnecessary; instead, I've left with a tire patched and paid nothing. Because they are so wonderful here, my whole family really makes an effort to bring all the business we can to them. I'd rather deal with Gateway than a dealership any day! We stumbled upon them about five years ago and we will continue to bring our cars to them as long as they stay in business.
