I found him when the other surgeons couldn't get me in promptly w/ my severely broken molar. They took me right in and extracted and graph prepped my space for an implant. I did get the shot to numb all the way up to my eye, probably better than pain. read more

The discrimination against nurses by this office is real, and very VERY rude. I was supposed to have a wisdom tooth pulled, and the day before the procedure the oral Surgeon office called and cancelled on me because they "realized I worked in the hospital". Despite my tooth being infected, despite the fact that I had been kept "clean" , and despite the fact that I had just tested negative and was willing to test that day to prove I was negative, I was denied, and rudely. Even my husband called and tried to reason with them and they told us both they wouldn't do it- And my spot had already been given to someone else. They hung up on both of us!! This was at 6pm and I was scheduled for 8am the next morning. 2 weeks I had it scheduled and they cancelled on me 14 hours before I was supposed to go in. Thankfully my amazing dentist helped me locate and secure an appointment with another surgeon in Prescott, but I had to wait another week In pain. All of this because Dr Dingman and his staff realized my insurance was through hospital night before , and didn't want me after all bc of my Covid "risk". it's so terrible to see such discrimination. Especially when we work the hardest to stay protected, and going to Walmart is probably riskier than working in a hospital right now! read more

I am writing this review for my wife. Several years ago an incompetent dentist extracted a tooth and she found out, after it became infected, that one of the roots of the tooth had been left in the jaw. She was referred to this practice and the main doctor, Todd Dingman, was unavailable. She was treated by Doctor Andrew Glenn. He curetted a cyst and then supposedly removed the tooth fragment with suction. However he never found the tooth fragment. He also injured her lip during the procedure. He sent off a tissue sample for pathologic evaluation. A week after the procedure she called the office to find out the pathology report. She was told the doctor would call her back. He never did until several weeks after the surgery she finally made the office personnel to get him to call her. He was not pleasant to speak with but at least he told her the results of the. pathologic examination. All this after paying him $2000, not the mention the charge we will receive from the pathology lab. We know nothing about the professional quality of Doctor Dingman, but Doctor Glenn should be avoided. read more

They have absolutely no clue on how to communicate with insurance companies. Been 4 months since my surgery and I'm still fighting with them to get insurance billed right. They have told me 7 times now they will get it figured out and get back with me. Have never received a email or phone call back. However they immediately reached out to me when it was time to pay my co pay. read more

Amazing service, I was kept informed the entire time, I knew exactly what was going on. Dr Dingman and staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

I was told prior to my appointment that office would bill my medical insurance and whatever they didn't cover I would be responsible for. At the time of my appointment office tried to get me to pay $460 upfront before I even saw the doctor. I told them no way Jose and I left. Like the numerous other negative reviews all over the internet about this guy's billing practices...this is yet one more added to the pile. I strongly encourage you to find a different oral surgeon. While Dr. Dingman was adequate, dealing with the office was complete chaos. By far the worst experience I have ever had in my 60+ years with _any_ professional office. The office manager screamed at me on the phone, insisted that appointment times had not been changed (they were, three times, without contacting me, what a mess), and suggested I find another oral surgeon for my traumatized 17 year old daughter. We went to Dr. Sorensen in Prescott Valley instead. Phenomenal staff, phenomenal dentist, and no drama. Dr. Dingman does not seem to have control of or interest in his front office affairs; did not return my phone calls; and the front office refused to let him know I wished to speak with him. Truly inexcusable, truly awful. My impression of Dr. Dingman himself is that he's in it for the money. Not unfriendly, but not very informative, not empathetic. In particular, not kid friendly. Dr. Dingman is caring, compassionate and very available to his patients. No one looks forward to getting oral surgery, but they make you comfortable and look after you later. I'm so glad I got dental implants with them - not a moments' trouble since they were finished. read more

lets start off by saying that I have had well over 4 hours to cool off before writing this review. My daughter had an appointment to get her wisdom teeth out today. The front office girl A. could not answer one question about anything I asked her and B. Said she would charge my card $200 but really charged $650. Hmmm, red flag!! but still I gave the benefit of the doubt. My husband took my daughter in at 12:30 and was told it would take an hour so I took my lunch at 1:30. When I arrived I was told that the Dr. was "just finishing up" and would be with me in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later the front desk girl said "5 minutes and she'll be done". 10 minutes later my daughter walks out with 12 pokes all over her arms stating that she didn't get her teeth out because they couldn't find a vein!!!! WTF???!!!! An hour poking holes in her and not one word to me??? Then I was told we could reschedule with a Dr. that allows patients to drink water before the surgery!! WTF???!!! This office is very unprofessional, very incompetent, and highly unethical!.. Do not bring your children to this "dentist"!!! read more

Office manager and receptionist were rude. Talked about what I would have to pay out of pocket. Confirmed multiple times. Paid while in office. Received a bill in mail later. Said if I don't pay it my account it would go to collections. If we agree on out of pocket why gouge me after? read more

Dr. Dingman is a really great doctor. Very professional and great bed side manner. I see all the other reviews about the office staff and have to say I had completely the opposite experience. There were new people training so maybe they got rid of the old manager that's repetitively reviewed on here. I actually had my husband switch over to this office from the other one where he was supposed to have his wisdoms removed. read more

The worst experience I've had with Dr dingman's office. It was a long wait at the office. And the office MGR was extremely rude.

Would never recommend this oral surgeon. His office staff is completely incompetent! They insisted on billing my medical insurance in addition to my dental insurance, which resulted in unnecessary copays, and then they ultimately failed to get our procedure pre-authorized so they billed me for the full amount when my insurance denied their claim. So instead of the refund that they owed me (I paid half of the full amount at the time of service, but they had to lower the charges due to maximum charges allowed by insurance), they sent me a bill for the balance. They lost a record of my payment, which I had to copy and send to them to get credit for, and they threatened collections if I didn't pay. I've never heard of a medical practice not being familiar with pre-authorizations and expecting their patients to handle that, especially after I was assured that they would handle all of the insurance paperwork. The office manager was extremely rude every time I dealt with her. We paid the bill to avoid collections, but will never, ever recommend dealing with this office. They are a nightmare!!! read more
