During my initial call to schedule the girl informed me of needing my credit card to hod my consultation appointment. Saying there was a 24 hour cancellation or they would charge the card $50 (understandable). She also informed me I should see an email come through with the information. I never received the email she spoke of and also waited for them to call me during the scheduled consultation time and never received a call I tried calling and no answer. I was disappointed but figured I would just find another more reliable attorney. A few days later I check my bank account to see that they had charged me once for a $50 fee and another time for $175 fee both of these fees were an authorized and completely fraudulent. I called to the office to ask them about the fees and they said that they thought I had called in to make a payment. Even though I'm not a client and never received a consultation which makes no sense. Needless to say this caused two of my other payments to bounce in my account which I informed them she said OK well I will refund the $175 but not the $50 and was super rude and unapologetic. I told her that it was only right if they cover the overdraft fees she said most likely that will not happen and she will talk to the attorney and get back to me that day. It has been several days and I have never heard back from them so I have filed the fraudulent claim through my bank. Buyer beware DO NOT give any credit card information to these people they're out to scam people falsely advertising "free consultations". Oh and the email I never received she claimed I was supposed to call in (which I did anyway) and that's why she was charging me the $50 and even so still no explanation for the $175 charge. This has caused me so much more grief during this already horrible situation i was already in. I was looking for relief and only to be scammed. Absolutely horrible people.
