Alisha went above and beyond prior to my visit to straighten out all of the insurance and billing matters to make sure Everything was in order and thatI was paying no more than I had to. She helped me by reaching out to my former practice to obtain all records and film. Super easy to communicate with by text also. During my visit, my hygienist, Taz, was the best dental hygienist I have ever met. The practice itself conducts such a thorough visit - evaluating and measuring and cleaning my teeth and gums to a much higher degree than any previous practice. Dr. Parque was also wonderful. Needed a dentist for a broken tooth when my regular dentist couldn't fit me in for an appointment. Calling at 4:30 pm on a Thursday, I was able to get an appt the next day at 9:00 am. Great staff - and a pleasant, informative doctor that took the time to discuss options with me instead of just silently sitting down to work on my teeth while leaving me in the dark. I've had that happen at times with other dentists...where trying to get information about the work being done or what my options were was like, well, pulling teeth! Very happy with my experience. My husband and I highly recommend "Smiles of Spokane" . I can tell you that I haven't been to the dentist in a number of year and not proud of it. But , In my defense I had a horrible passed experience that terrified me of ever wanting to go back. Anyways fast forward 20 years later. I had chip my tooth and thought maybe I should go in, and beside my silver old filling should be changed out. So my in law recommended her dentist Smiles of spokane. And now I have four new fillings no silvers fillings. And I got a cleaning and a deep cleaning and my teeth did not hurt at all. There is a better way of X-raying and it didn't hurt at all (I have a extremely small month) the shot to numb the area they worked on did not hurt at all (Yay). I learned a lot at this dental appointment about my teeth and tooth care in general. Kim was very knowledgable & explained everything she was doing to help me improve my dental care. Meaghan was also very kind and social. Dr. Rogers cracked some jokes & was gentle with my teeth. I also got a gift card as I was referred to this office, which was a kind gesture. If you're located on the South Hill, this office is a great location for you. Edit: They are also paperless, which is incredible! They give you a laminated copy of the paper so you can read it over and then they have you sign on the pad that links to the computer. Love that they are environmentally friendly! read more

I went in on an emergency basis. My tooth started hurting a few days prior of going in and by the third day i couldn't even sleep because of the pain. I called around to a couple Dr.'s office and they couldn't get me in. I landed on Smiles of Spokane and came they told me to come in right away. Dr. Rogers looked at my tooth and told me it needed a root canal. He didn't want me to be in anymore pain so he fixed me right then and there! By the end i was relived of pain! I initially started going here because my dental hygienist moved to this location. They're actually pretty great! Staff is always friendly. Dr. Rogers seems very knowledgeable and uses advance technology compared to other offices. I needed a crown last year and he used a machine to 3D print it, showing me areas to shave and build on this crown so that it would fit well with my teeth! This is very minor, but one time they had a big blanket for me on a cold morning when I came in for a cleaning. It was a small, but thoughtful gesture! read more

Just an FYI, they've relocated to 3606 S. Regal Street in Spokane, WA, which expands their ability to service more people due it's larger office size. Also, they are conveniently located with good parking and a nice view of the outside. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Rogers is one of the best in his industry. He and his staff make you feel right at home and always keep you well informed to how your benefits relate to the services they recommend to ensure you're comfortable proceeding with the dental care. They are honest and open to answering questions that you have about what care you need, or even random questions about the tools and technology they use. It's fun to learn what they're passionate about. Plus, their atmosphere and chairs are very cozy. So, if you're in need of some nap time during or after a days of work, it's a nice place to relax. Beware. Dr. Rogers is pretty good, but his billing practices are horrible. He tried to bill me 3 years after I received and paid for services at the time of service, saying there were accounting errors. They tried to bill me for the insurance offset. Very unprofessional. read more
