If they could have averaged that bill with my regular average, I could pay it. NO... they said I had 3 months to pay it, no ifs, ands, or buts. If they really wanted to help us "little" people, it would have helped me greatly to average it out for the whole year. BEWARE: They are not here to help us. Just here to pay their bill one way or another. Really helping would be to average it out for the full year and see what next year brings.
