This happened about three times. I got the four point inspection and they never forwarded the information to the company. Needless to say all of these delays caused me to be uninsured now. On the other hand....I have felt like I need to be my own insurance agent as I have repeatedly found errors or oversights on their part that would cost me $ if not corrected. It's like they just don't pay enough attention and if I wasn't reading the documents and asking questions I would have spent a great deal more for insurance over the years than I needed to be. So I guess I would just say to everyone to be sure you read those documents, are getting credit for those things that should reduce your premiums and make sure you are paying for only what you really need as far as coverage or it will cost you!
