I have been a customer of Fadaie Insurance for the past 5 years. I had always received good customer service and had no issues until now. I had requested a quote for insurance and after two weeks of miscommunication, calls not returned and contact by a number of representatives, the only quote that I received was one that was higher than what I was already paying for. One advisor stated that he would continue to look for me, but I heard nothing back until I received a message from the owner, Kash Fadaie, who I'd had no involvement with until now. He asked whether we were prepared to move forward with a new quote that I never received Due to my frustration, I told him that in this experience, "the right hand didn't know what the left was doing." Multiple reps contacted me not knowing that the other was already servicing my request and requesting information already submitted. My complaint was legitimate and without aggression, yet Mr. Fadaie promptly responded in the most sarcastic, nonsensical and unprofessional manner. Not only was he defensive, but he lectured me in a very condescending way. Let me share his words and judge for yourself if this is the type of person you want to give your business to. Verbatim: Thanks for venting! Sorry to let you down. Not sure what you mean? I must to expand my agency, I will not prevent from new agents who want to succeed in the insurance business from their delegations. I had a good experience with Fadaie Insurance Services. We recently got a notice from our previous home insurance carrier that they would not be renewing our policy. As many people are aware, home insurance rates have gone up exponentially throughout California due to wildfires and companies are leaving the state. We needed a new policy quickly. After contacting a few agents/brokers in the area, I decided that Fadaie was the way to go. John Mehr is the agent that I worked with; he has been very helpful. Not only did John follow up via phone and text, he provided competitive quotes in short time. John is thorough and committed to servicing his customers with detailed explanations of the policies, as well as the pros/cons of each option. They don't seem to know what they are doing. I canceled my policy's with them after continuing to receive emails requesting signatures from them from multiple people. They were for policies that I had already signed and were bound. I canceled due to a lack of confidence. read more

I would give them "zero" if it was an option. Here is my original review from Google with my response to Fadaie's reaction. Stay away from this "Agency". They messed up my renewal (odometer reading, discounts, etc.) blaming everything on Mercury Insurance. Needless to say, I dumped them. Here is my last communication with the owner Kash Fadaie: Mr. Fadaie, Are you trying to convince me or yourself? 1) When the original quote came in August, all the discounts were missing. It's not like education, multi-car/multi-policy facts suddenly disappeared, so they should be in the renewal, right? Why were they not included, and why weren't those errors caught by your personnel? Is it Mercury or your personnel? 2) I asked Steve why co-op insurance went up that much, and he said I was lucky the increase was not more than 40%. Smart answer but hardly an explanation appropriate for customer service. BTW, Sue who promised to look into HO policy, had never provided any feedback. Does it look like a Mercury issue? Does Mercury put words in Steve's mouth and make Sue forget her commitment? 3) In regards to the odometer reading, if there is indeed a rule about the 6-month mandatory gap between readings: a) Why did Sue tell me that the adjuster agreed with my numbers if there is a "6-month rule"? Just read her 10/11/2023 e-mail, you have a copy of it too. b) Why nobody informed me about this rule in August? Does Mercury make Sue lie and both Steve and Sue forget this rule? c) There were no services performed on my car for almost a year, so the May odometer reading info was fake. In this case, my August reading is valid. The latest findings: the odometer reading was on our second car, Sue Ryan couldn't figure out that! Kash asked me for a couple of days to sort this out. I waited for 9 before writing this review. ************************************* After the review above was posted on Google, Fadaie asked me to remove it in exchange for the "help" with my case. The "help" was supposed to be to forward to Mercury Insurance Fadaie's original submission, which according to Mercury never happened. When I pointed to Fadaie that this exchange request may amount to blackmail, he blocked me and told Mercury that "I'm all theirs". Mercury fixed the issue and reimbursed me 100% of the amount I didn't get because of Kash Fadaie and Sue Ryan's incompetence. I was referred to a professional agency to handle my home and auto insurance. My original Google review was read by more than 100 people. I'm glad the truth found a way to reach the general public. read more

Horrible customer service! Called weeks ago spoke to a guy name Jim, gave them a bunch of information about my business and never got a call back.... I even tried sending a message through their website and got no response. With so many insurance companies out there I would be very hesitant to give these people thousands of dollars a year if they can't even call back for a quote. read more

I strongly recommend this insurance agent for umbrella policies. They have the lowest price and best umbrella insurance policies. You can get a separate lowest price umbrella policy. I have wawanessa for my auto and wawanessa does not carry umbrella policies. It took me a very long time to find an umbrella policy Carrier. Most umbrella policy Carriers want you to buy auto and home insurance from them, too. I do not recommend this insurance company or doing business with Jim. He is unknowledgeable to his own company and policies. I did do business with him for 3+ years and when it came time to renew in 2022, I explained to him I will be selling my business in the upcoming couple of months. He and I discussed renewing so that I wasn't without insurance between the renewal time frame and selling for precautionary measures- yes, made sense - as he explained to me that I can make a down payment towards the policy which also covers their 25% minimum and would even possibly be owed a refund as the down payment exceeded the 25%. Upon cancellation two months after renewal, I inquired on the previous conversation- he forwarded it to someone else who only emailed me back "no refund is due upon review on the account" To be honest I wasn't stressed over it and let it go. Fast forward 5 months and I'm receiving collections calls from a 3rd party that I owed this company $660! I was shocked. I 1. Can't understand how "upon review" if my account- that a balance owed wasn't explained then and 2. Why this company or my agent couldn't contact me regarding a balance due before sending me to a really harassing collections company. They clearly had my phone number to submit to the collections company but didn't attempt to call me. I did my best to communicate with Jim after receiving these collections calls, and he disregarded any of our previous conversations or acknowledgment to his errors. Terrible way to conduct business. Continually handing it off and bottom line answer is that's it's out of your hands at this point?? read more

I find him and his team to always be responsive and extremely helpful. I even received a call back directly from Kash on a weekend when they were closed. Our son was insured as well with this agency and passed away in March 2014, - of suicide -, and we had to cancel his home and car insurance. we told them about the tragedy, however, after 3 years we get an e-mail, wishing my dead son Merry Christmas.
