He crawled under there found the problem in no time. They came back the next day and my issue was resolved within an hour. Trent knew how to work with the public. The downstairs toilet is bubbling anytime water ran anywhere else in the house. If the toilet was flushed, it would overflow and back up into the downstairs shower. The team member came while I was at work and my younger brother was at home. They used a large snake to get the clog out left a mess for me to clean up and just left. The toilet is not fixed. I cleaned up half the mess before I thought to take a photo. I'll add those. We tried to call them and get them to come back, but we had to leave a message. We called our insurance and they said they would get a senior technician from Kelso's to come today. We received a call today saying they didn't have the ability to fix the job. They didn't have the right equipment. I think they didn't want to have to deal with the home warranty insurance and would rather have us pay out of our pockets. They "apologized" for the mess. After Mark Mike and Nate did your standard excavation and repair, Mike noted a slight dampness in the soil leaking beneath his feet. After digging into the side of the hole be found a broken secondary clay pipe line was leaking water into the soil beneath, which could have damaged the foundation in the future. Mark reexcavated the hole, Mike and Nate did the addendum repair and they were on their way promptly. I must say Mark's a real pro with a fine touch on that backhoe.I appreciate their attention to detail and their integrity to do the job right the first time. We don't see that often in today's world.
