I thought that would be covered under the $110.00 SERVICE FEE CHARGE? He was here a total of 45 minutes, in and out, job done! Office worker said $110.00 is the minimum charge per hour and the additional $110.00 the second day was his drive time! It's 12 miles door to door each way. So he charged me $110.00 to drive here PLUS $110.00 for 45 minutes of work PLUS an additional $5.00 FUEL CHARGE! Total bill was $415 to run a snake in a kitchen sink that was very accessible. Taking advantage of a senior citizen is not good business practice. I will tell everyone I meet to NOT use him and I will not call James Plumbing in the future. Outrageous!
