He received speech therapy services while he attended, which the staff gladly accommodated. We did have some issues in the beginning where my son could not request water, did not have the motor skills to work the drinking fountain, and no one offering him water throughout the day. However, once we discussed our concerns with the director she immediately took care of the issue, making sure there was a pitcher of water in the classroom at all times. My son is now 4 years old and still speech-language delayed, with an official diagnosis of 'global developmental delay'. His teachers are wonderful. They are very patient with his delay and behavior, which I know can be exhausting even for me. Amazingly, they helped potty train him smoothly and easily! During the school year, they keep his lunch warm for him until he comes after school. And during the day, they post pictures of him on the app, which I love. I know my son happily comes here and is very happy when he sees his teachers. As a mom, who now has my second child enrolled in another center, I regret choosing Little Magnolias. Also, said I have him used to the bottle as if that was relevant! When not one time did he ever take or use a bottle there. There is no way that was an accident, for it to pierce through his skin it must have been done aggressively!!. I go in next day because they say they got the footage and they didn't see any wrong doing, the owner is there and I ask how much of the video they viewed if it was the whole time or just the 2 minutes of around the time I picked him up. The owner says she's not about to waste her time for that many hours! Wtf. You obviously do not care if they have an abusive teacher or not. I'm furious. The owner continues to yell at me to sit down and watch the video, I most definitely didn't like the way she was talking to me like if I was stupid! Mind you all this time my child is sleeping on my shoulder, I yell back because clearly I'm gonna defend my son and need answers for what happened to him under their care! That lady shouldn't be allowed to work with any kids or run a business at that! She does not care about them!!
