Joe was responsive in giving me an estimate over the phone using a location app. I felt that was ok for the estimate. However when I decided to hire them I asked that he visit me to see our home in person in case there were questions either one of us had about the job. He agreed. In person and on the phone Joe gave me advice on what to expect. He and Chris came out when they said they would and promptly started the washing process. It took about an hour.I was pleased with the outcome especially under the gutters and windows. We have a 2 story house and the water and bleach mixture reached the highest points. They then rinsed the house completely. Their equipment was also impressive. I would highly recommend this company.

I used him & it was satisfactory; Idk what to have expected, because Ive had my house 7yrs & never got it power-washed before, so it was filthy. I will say ask precisely what you're getting, because I kept asking if the gutters were included & he kept saying yes, then finally clarified just the 'Inside' of the gutters, the outside is part of the house, so l paid & got that too. Roof, Gutters, House, Garage (I have ALL texts). I expected the tarp, because it shows it in his video; not sure if it was extra, but I didnt get it. Best to be sure exactly what's included & not assume, because the internet lies. I spent 2hrs today picking up debris & branches from my bushes & Hydrangeas. Luckily I hosed my deck as soon as he left while it was wet, otherwise it would've stayed/ gotten filthy; So not sure what everyone said that he cleaned 'Everything', so again I assumed atleast hose &/or blow any mess left behind, which wouldnt've happened if he had used the tarp. Overall great to know & Im glad I got it done, so If/when I decide to ever do it again I know what questions to ask. He was the cheapest quote. He said he would be back & I didnt need to be home, which makes absolutely NO sense to me & gave me anxiety of some person I dont know at my house without my permission or me present. Liability, plus my Pets can attack him. I hired him for a job I paid for ONE day, no one ever mentioned coming back. Im not sure he finished or cleaned what I initially paid for, but Ill have to go on my roof & check, then Ill go from there. Found it odd he was wanted or said he would come back & I don't need to be home. Thank God for Cameras. My house does have some spots that are lighter than others & he didnt wash the Basement walkout. I didnt sit & micromanage him, he is grown & this is his business, so he'll either do the job he was paid for, or wont & wont get repeat customers. I will simply move accordingly... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!…read more They quoted me $550 to powerwash and stain my deck and table. I stupidly paid them in cash up front thinking such a gesture would put my job in priority. I asked for an invoice and he said he'd get me one (never received). Powerwashed for 15mins on the 19th and said he'd be back in 1 week (the 25th) since we had rain in the forecast that never came but he said he had it scheduled so I thought no big deal. The 25th comes and I do not hear from him. I message him after 2pm and he proceeds to call me and tell me the stain he ordered (that ships overnight) was incorrect and he wouldn't be able to get a new stain until late Friday, so he planned for Monday the 29th but of course it would rain that morning. I have yet to hear from them by 10am so I text him asking his ETA. Tells me he's not coming because the rain and that he's been on the I phone all morning with a lawyer about a lawsuit he filed. I say "okay, so when will you be here?" No response... Thursday morning comes and they show up at 8am no text or call telling me they're coming to finish the job they were paid for 2 weeks prior. I was leaving for work and the owner, Trey, says "hey... your table is all wet (morning dew) so I'm gonna leave your gallon of stain and you're gonna have to do it yourself." Again.... a job he professionally quoted himself. Not happy that I paid for a job to be done that he's now telling me I have to do myself I ask "So are you gonna give me a refund since I have to do the work I paid you to do?" He said "I didn't charge you for the table!" I said "yes you did, you quoted me $500 for the deck and $50 for the table." He responds with "oh well that's a $62 gallon of stain so you're technically getting that table for free." Not happy and late for work I say "whatever man you quoted it." He said "well I just don't want it to look like sh*t." I said "Don't do it off it's gonna look like sh*t." As I left for work. I return from work hours later to a terrible job staining. Didn't do any of the cracks between boards, missed spots that didn't powerwash well enough, and got stain on the house! Not happy with the job I pull up my video surveillance system to see that they were there only 45mins. I watched the video to find them talking bad about me, talking about how they didn't do things right but "F*CK THAT! We're not fixing it." and even talking about pouring water on the table and staining it so it looks like crap on purpose since I wasn't happy they didn't do the job they quoted. Never got a call, text or my invoice about the job being completed and if I was satisfied. I really wanted to brag about this young kid and his work ethic but his lack of communication, experience, and customer service leave nothing to brag about. He also did my mother's deck aswell and did a terrible job there too. Lesson learned at our expense, hopefully you'll find a real powerwashing/staining company with REAL positive testimonials. Reminder to all that just because they look professional doesn't mean that are.

However Steve with Extreme Services kept me at ease with regular telephonic updates with pictures of the project progress. All unknown issues that were uncovered during the project were addressed promptly with what I thought were fair estimates to resolve those issues.
