Turns out I needed a root canal and I was literally crying on the way to have it done. But Dr. Hopkins made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I didn't feel any pain either! So I showed up, hearing whispers between the staff in the back (no one is ever at the desk to greet you). Then Dr. Overholtzer comes out and says I should seek care elsewhere. Fine. But to purposely not notify me of this prior to showing up was just petty. Also the 'consults' were over the top. It's really weird to have your dentist want to do a therapy session with you & not just take care of your teeth.

And this wasn't even the worst part of it. Seems pretty scammy to me and I will not be going back.
