On our road trip out east the wife found this Ramen shop in the middle of New Brunswick. It seemed legit so we decided to stop there for lunch. On arrival we were greeted warmly, and we were explained we can order at the counter and then have the food brought to our table, or we can sit down, take a look at the menu and then go up to the front counter and order. We chose to sit at the table first. When the waiter brought us our waters and asked us if we had any questions my wife (who is from Japan) asked if the owners were Japanese and indeed this is a Japanese family owned restaurant. We decided to order the Curry Set which came with an Original Ramen with Egg, a Mini Chicken Curry and small cucumber salad. We also ordered the Korokke and we would share it all. The food came quickly. The Ramen was very good, I found it a bit light tasting and the owners explained they make their ramen a bit less oily and salty than traditional because it's healthier. I think it's a good idea, but if you want stronger, richer flavor maybe order the Tonkotsu Ramen which should have a richer Pork Bone broth. The Chicken Curry was very tasty. Very nice Japanese sticky rice, and the Korokke were delicious. Crisp outside and soft inside. Staff were very friendly and the food and service were great with reasonable prices. 10/10 would eat here again. I wish this place was closer to us here in Ontario. read more

They close at 8pm not 830pm. Drove 3 hours in hopes if eating here...only to be turned away. Call and check first.

We've been there to eat twice now and we can't get enough. There is an extensive menu that can seem overwhelming at first, but you get the hang of it quickly. The staff members are kind, patient and very knowledgeable about their menu and ingredients. The portions are quite large and the price is very low for the amount of food. There's no way you're walking out of there still hungry. We couldn't believe the prices! There are a ton of food options and everything we've tried so far has been delicious! This place is dangerously close to our apartment and we will probably become regulars soon enough. read more
