The egg was delicious but a little too soft, it melted into the soup. Not my favorite, I prefer it firmer but I'll forgive them since everything else was great. The broth was intricately flavored, the perfect temp and the veggies were just soft enough. The noodles were to die for- perfectly chewy. The older gentleman who runs the place is a delight. Note - the marinated egg costs 15 kr extra. Just something to figure in. Even with the egg, my bowl cost 140 kr: a steal compared to some other places who's ramen isn't nearly as good. Extra note - they even have gluten-free noodles! So now even celiacs can enjoy ramen out. I haven't tried them though, will report back after I bring my celiac boyfriend here.
