There was an in store promotion we wanted to take advantage of which the sales associate refused. I requested to speak with a manager who refused also. I asked for the "manager's" name for reference when I addressed this experience with the district manager or a member in leadership at the corporate level. She refused to provide her name. At that point, I started to record for reference from behind the counter for when I reported this matter. She then covered her face with a bag. This was the most ridiculous, unprofessional thing I've ever experienced. I did let her know, she's settling a bad example for her subordinates as a member of leadership. She advised an associate to call security because I was harassing her. I indicated to them, I was waiting on them to return the items I came in with before I departed. I called the customer service number after I left and spoke with Tabitha. She stated I absolutely was entitled to the promotional offer, the worker should have provided her name upon request, and my entire experience did not align with the service standards set by Victoria Secret. I will follow up with the someone at the corporate office on the next business day.
