I asked if there's a manager there? She said "you think she's going to help you with that attitude"... After back and forth that was getting me nowwhere I finally said "ok I apologize if I offended you, can you please help me" she said "that's better" with an attitude like she was superior in the situation... At this point I am extremely offended frustrated and applaud. Like whos the customer here... Any way, after I secured my purchase I asked again "May I speak with your manager" she refused and told me "that's that Karen shit"... I admit I was so frustrated I did call her an unsavory name and left, which was not ok and I did loose my cool, but I'm human. I have been trying to contact management and I haven't been able to speak with anyone regarding this incident, so if management gets this it's the short girl with red hair and an erring in her lip. I was there 10/3/2025 between the hours of 4:20 to 4:30pm. Your cameras should be able to back up everything I'm saying. This was very unprofessional and your staff shouldn't treat people this way.
