Erica took the time to patiently and clearly talk us through the process, get to know us on a professional and person level, and made the entire experience simple and enjoyable for both of us. Erica was able to take our descriptions of a dream home and find us several great options right away, She was constantly there to support and made us feel incredibly comfortable expressing our opinions as we began to see homes throughout the city and identify features we liked and did not like. Erica was always - and I mean ALWAYS - available when we needed her and was willing to communicate with us in a format and cadence we felt comfortable with. She made the experience simple and enjoyable - removing a lot of the stress/pain points I had expected to encounter through her calming demeanor and constant support. Most importantly - Erica gave us great trust in her ability to find us a home and negotiate a deal that benefited us. When we found the home we were willing to purchase she was creative in her approach for offers and saved my fiancé and I thousands of dollars compared to what we originally thought we would have needed to offer and spend. She had an incredible knowledge of the city, and incredible knowledge of how to negotiate to get us a great deal, and an incredible willingness to fight for us as her client. I could not recommend anyone more highly and would encourage everyone to work with Erica as you work to buy or sell your next property!

We recommend her services every time we get the chance!

I used AMOSO to rent my house when I was out of the country and I regret it. If you value the…read moreequity you have in your house, don't use them. They did a terrible job of maintaining the property. I always paid thousands in-between renters for fix-ups, but they neglected a leaky roof and rotting wood on the front porch that led to the need for costly repairs. They hired someone to do interior paint that seriously damaged my historic house by unintentionally spraying paint meant for the walls on the ceiling, windows, sinks, and hardwood floors. I didn't realize this until several months after the fact. They also admitted to me that they charge renters for services they don't provide - like changing the furnace air filter every few months. Once they sign you as a client, it is hard to get a return email or phone call when you need to speak with them.

We had to hire someone else to replace it to get occupancy permit approved.6) Left tenant repair requests go unfulfilled until tenant moved out (Broken window in door left for months after tenant reported, found to be boarded up at move out instead of repaired). Other tenant's complaint that stove was broken went without response for MONTHS. Wasn't until we stepped in as owners that it got resolved.7) When questions were raised about completeness of work, instead of offering to make good, they responded with accusations of poor manners to avoid having to do the work they were paid for (Ad Hominem, Tone Policing: Tone policing is an attack that focuses on the manner in which someone makes an argument, rather than on the argument itself.)I would be understanding if they said, look we have problems. However, they denied and refused to take ownership of their own problems until we put the houses up for sale and the realtor's photos showed the work was not done.
