They hired someone to do interior paint that seriously damaged my historic house by unintentionally spraying paint meant for the walls on the ceiling, windows, sinks, and hardwood floors. I didn't realize this until several months after the fact. They also admitted to me that they charge renters for services they don't provide - like changing the furnace air filter every few months. Once they sign you as a client, it is hard to get a return email or phone call when you need to speak with them.

We had to hire someone else to replace it to get occupancy permit approved.6) Left tenant repair requests go unfulfilled until tenant moved out (Broken window in door left for months after tenant reported, found to be boarded up at move out instead of repaired). Other tenant's complaint that stove was broken went without response for MONTHS. Wasn't until we stepped in as owners that it got resolved.7) When questions were raised about completeness of work, instead of offering to make good, they responded with accusations of poor manners to avoid having to do the work they were paid for (Ad Hominem, Tone Policing: Tone policing is an attack that focuses on the manner in which someone makes an argument, rather than on the argument itself.)I would be understanding if they said, look we have problems. However, they denied and refused to take ownership of their own problems until we put the houses up for sale and the realtor's photos showed the work was not done.
