My wife and I recently separated and called to see how I could remove her from my policy since she was no longer residing at my address. Tom then started asking questions about how the home was going to be divided??? I stopped Tom letting him know he was going further than what I was asking. He stated that he would need to talk to Abbey since he was unfamiliar with how it worked. My question is, if Tom was unfamiliar with how it works why would he keep asking questions? Tom stated that I would be getting a call from Abbey, which I never did ONLY to find out that they had contacted my wife saying, "I'm sorry to hear about your divorce". Obviously my wife was caught off guard and led her to believe that's what I was seeking. This comment was VERY unprofessional and VERY reckless. Divorce was NEVER mentioned. I am still in shock that they would even make a comment without thinking of the consequences it might have. As a result, I have switched insurance companies, due to Tom and Abbey NOT being able to act in a professional manner which is very disappointing. Michael M. read more

Since my first job at age 14 working for a small local grocery store, I've enjoyed helping people. A profession in insurance was inspired by a family friend who was a local insurance professional. Horrible service here. Was a customer for 11 years, not 1 claim, and was never contacted by this…read moreagent for anything. I've reached out to them on occasion to see about improving rates and coverage. They would respond but never really helpful. Now they cancelled my home owners insurance because of granular loss. My roof is 7 years old and an experienced roofer noted it was fine for at least another 2-3 years. This agent sent me 1 letter and nothing else, not a 1 phone call to let me know. What if I didn't get that letter... In this letter they sent me I quote "Please keep in mind that you may also be eligible for this type of coverage through other insurance providers". It's like they wanted to get rid of me, maybe before I did make a claim. Like gambling, get out while you're ahead. I ask him about this and his only response "I have no control over your roof". Thought he would have control over my policy or at least assist with it. Nope just let it get cancelled. I've paid them over $20,000 in my time with them with no service or anything in return. Go to state Farm, that agent at least acted like they cared, unlike my 11 year experience with this agent. Seems to me he's only there to collect a paycheck.

Fortunately, I had gotten to know Clint Garner personally over the past 10 years and knew him to be a great guy with integrity, not to mention hilarious. So when time came to find a lender I started with Clint at Stonebridge. Clint walked me through every step of the way. No questions were too stupid,... believe me I tried him on this. Like I said I was really nervous and so I wanted to be educated in the whole process. Clint was so patient with me did such a good job informing me in the process I felt confident enough to buy our home without my own realtor. We got an amazing deal on our dream home and our new baby arrived a month ago and came home to a new nursery and happy home. I know this post was long but I can't thank Clint and Stonebridge enough. Our preparer notice we were there (unscheduled) and came right out to greet us and help the person working the reception desk find our file. This is our second year having our taxes done by them. My daughter recommended them because she loves them and still has them do their taxes even though they no longer live in Nebraska. I felt like the price was very reasonable ($200) for the piece of mind and quick service. I have paid much more in the past (small business owner..complicated taxes) with a lot less satisfaction. This year I noticed they got us a tax credit that I didn't even know existed which more than paid for our fee. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for tax services
