Tom then started asking questions about how the home was going to be divided??? I stopped Tom letting him know he was going further than what I was asking. He stated that he would need to talk to Abbey since he was unfamiliar with how it worked. My question is, if Tom was unfamiliar with how it works why would he keep asking questions? Tom stated that I would be getting a call from Abbey, which I never did ONLY to find out that they had contacted my wife saying, "I'm sorry to hear about your divorce". Obviously my wife was caught off guard and led her to believe that's what I was seeking. This comment was VERY unprofessional and VERY reckless. Divorce was NEVER mentioned. I am still in shock that they would even make a comment without thinking of the consequences it might have. As a result, I have switched insurance companies, due to Tom and Abbey NOT being able to act in a professional manner which is very disappointing. Michael M.
