Tim Meagher completely changed my opinion. There is no way our recent purchase would have happened if Tim hadn't been highly involved in many of the details as it turned out to be a pretty complex negotiation, and closing. Tim helped us with finding a better mortgage company, good legal counsel and insurance at half the cost we had!
