Since Kot was the installer I called them to come repair it. I was told they could not come until Jan. 3rd, over three weeks away. This was unacceptable as I could not get the driveway plowed with the wire in the way. I have removed them from my reliable contractors list and will not call them again. Apparently they don't take responsibility for their installations.

The temperatures are in the 30s at night, but I have not turned my heat on yet while I try to find someone to repair my furnace. I'm cold, pissed, and don't understand how you stay in business when you treat customers like this.
