Actually three stars is considered a positive review and not a negative one at all. I love to support local Gaffney, S.C. places of business! My evaluation of your fine store is that it's a mixture of boutique and shoe repair. Only my opinion; but this doesn't address a tremendous need in downtown. If a man or lady wants to purchase everyday footwear, they mostly have to go Walmart, Shoe Show, or to Bargain Shoes. If you could carry a good selection of Skechers or complete line of tennis shoes and advertise them at somewhat competitive prices, I believe along with your current offerings, you'd have a big winner! I'd be a customer myself as I'd much prefer to buy from independents than chain stores. One big advantage that you already have is the avoidance of congested traffic such as is found at the previously mentioned stores! I have bought 2 Toro mowers from them, along with other equipment and supplies, and attempted to…read morehave both mowers serviced there.  My first was in 2018 and the service was so poor they gave me a free battery.  Below is a review of my most recent service experience.  Not only will I now longer use them for anything.  I will actively be warning other small and large businesses of their lies and or incompetence.    I dropped my Toro mower off on 8/30/23 for a new V-Belt and work on the right hydro.  I was told by Cora (service clerk) that it will take 3-4 weeks to be completed.  I was fine with that due the amount of mowers outside waiting ahead of me.   9/20/23 I call and leave a message for an update.  No Reply.   Call back 9/27. Call 2x in the am.  Can't get a live person.  Call 2x in afternoon and end up leaving a message.  No Reply. 10/2 leave a message.  No Reply 10/3 leave a message.  No Reply 10/5 call back and and get Cora.  She advises that my mower has not even been looked at.  She tells me the manager made the decision to service aerators due to it being aerating season.  I reminded her she told me it would take 3-4 weeks when it was dropped off.  She apologized and said they will "get it on the lift" by 10/8.  I asked why the delay and she tells me they only have 1 technician at that time.  10/11 call back 4 times and can't get Cora or a live person in service so I leave a message on the final call.  No Reply 10/17 call and I'm advised Cora is not working but the rep advised me my mower HAS NOT BEEN LOOKED AT YET.  Asked for a manager and was transferred to the sales manager.  He could not help me and made it clear he had no interest in trying.  Asked for store managers contact info.  He refused and said he would send him an email to call me.  I declined due to the history and requested my mower be brought up front because I was coming to pick it up. I arrived to pick the mower up.  It was up front.  I loaded the mower alone.  Not one single employee came outside to offer assistance or to apologize.
