I'd give the store 5 stars but lowered it to 3 due to the company's refusal to exchange my horrible tempur-pedic mattress that is nothing like advertised. I wake up every morning feeling like I have a broken collarbone and store stiff hips. The bed is far too stiff for side sleeping which is the majority of my nightly sleep. I took delivery in April of 2023 so it's been roughly a year and a month if you factor in the 120 night sleep trial. I was told by mattress firm that the bed needed time to break in. After a year the only thing breaking in feels like my shoulders and hips. Tempur-pedic claims no pressure points yet I'm tossing and turning several times a night in discomfort. I contacted the company directly and was essentially told to kick rocks and live with my 3600$ mattress (which i still owe 1500 on) that I can barely sleep on.

Rebecca offered to help me and I pointed-out a couple of examples on their floor explaining that they were close but not exactly what I wanted whereupon Rebecca told me that they could custom make a bedframe for me so that it matched exactly what I wanted. I was delighted and spent some time going over specs and measurements. A reasonable time later, the delivery folks showed-up on my doorstep with my beautiful new bedframe, assembled it and removed the old bedframe. From start-to-finish, these folks were so great - helpful, responsive, resourceful & creative. And, on top of all that, I paid a very reasonable price for a beautiful, custom fabricated bedframe! They had a great promotion going on with the purchase of four appliances and 0% financing to boot. David printed off quotes and even showed me the online prices at other retailers, which I could have looked up myself, but he saved me the time. They will meet or beat those prices. After I took all the information home to show my husband, David was quick to respond to questions via email or text. Fortunately, my husband was as dissatisfied with our appliances as I was and we went ahead with the purchase. The delivery guys were very nice and efficient. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. I would shop there again as I like sales people who are working for a sale, are full of information, but are not too pushy.
