Ok, this place gets a 5 star because of how great the employees were and how amazing the customer…read moreservice was. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a guy behind the counter. I arrived at like 3 pm and the store was not super busy just a handful of customers here and there. I was just looking around and the guy who greeted me started making conversation with me, asking me where I was visiting from, what brought me to Arizona and if there was something specific I was looking for. I told him I was from DFW and he said 'Well Ana from Texas welcome to Arizona I hope you enjoy your visit and never forget your adventure to the west" (that's what I called my trip out here). Everything in the store was handmade and every time I picked up something or ponder on it he would reply 'that was hand beaded and took 10 hours by one of our local tribe members' or 'those are dolls that represent the spirits that native Americans call ..." so there was always a description of every object I came across. It almost felt like I was in a yelp review LIVE! because he described everything to me with such detail haha. I almost felt kinda guilty not buying anything but I honestly did not see myself wearing/using any of the items there, they were too beautiful/fragile for my chaotic/uncertain lifestyle haha, give me a keychain that says my name and I am good with that. Over time more people would arrive and he would greet them the same way he did to me, "hi guys what are your names? What part of the country are you visiting from? well *insert name* welcome to Arizona ..". I really liked that about the employee. If you are in the area and are looking for authentic, handmade, one of a kind gifts this is the place for you.

It's that once in a lifetime experience for us. Come and see this little Indian market. They have all sorts of hand crafted products and they support something real. It's not a big box type of thing. This is a tourist attraction but the way it's presented is very unique. It's worth the gander if not . The parking is ample and free any open spaces. The staff are here to make the trip worthwhile. They sell so many different types of jewelry. They have statues of all sorts and sizes . It's a great place to come and see. All the best of someone's crafting skills and experience. Until the next time we meet. Enjoy where the journey of life takes you.

And she sold it to me for half the asking price. Elsie is so sweet she helped me get the necklace on and off. She made me feel like my life mattered. The shop was filled with authentic Navajo jewelry and artifacts. I also picked up some real bear claws for my children. I will be back to pick up the mate to my pendant. I highly recommend that you stop by her place first. The shop is off exit 359.

The store was running the AC very cool and comfortable. The dimmed fluorescent lighting was likened in a grocery store. There are some decent and some excellent pieces in display cases. The corner which is called raw materials had broken stones on strings and selling them for over $200.00 a strand. Their selection was very limited to only the bottom of the barrel. One staffer was friendly and kind. The taller staffer was condescending and overly passive aggressive, he kept one upping and reminiscing of his experiences. The older female staffer was unhappy to be at work. I was there to look for Pendleton robes, they had none. No leads to people who could make them.

Buyer Beware: This…read moreplace has some nice stuff but a store clerk misled me in buying a damaged, print in a Hobby Lobby frame three days ago. He told me all items were 20% off until Dec 2025. He referred to the print as a painting so I did not know the quality until it was unwrapped. The print was wrapped in double saran wrap so it was difficult to see. It was showcased in a glass cabinet. He never told me it was on clearance. There was no sign indicating this either. The original price was $140.00 and with the discount it was $112 with tax and $3.00 for using the credit card. The item was worth half of this. When I called the store, someone told me that in some cases a full refund could be done. I tried to get a full refund two days later with the piece, the price tag and receipt but it was denied. They store keepers thoroughly examined the item and called two supervisors. Because it was on clearance, no refund was granted. I think they run a ruthless business. I had to use the store credit. I will never visit this shop again.
