With a perfect 75° evening forecasted for a Saturday night, it seemed like an ideal way to enjoy the occasion. Their online booking system was easy to use, and after our credit card was authorized, we were all set for a 5:00 PM departure. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the dock, things took a disappointing turn. The business office was open, but no staff were inside. After asking around at nearby boats, we learned that no one from Sabrage had been seen all day. I called the number provided, only to reach voicemail. About ten minutes after 5:00, I finally received a callback informing me that they had simply overlooked our reservation and did not have staff available to run the boat that night. It's incredibly frustrating to book an event on a Friday, only to show up the next day and find out that the company didn't even check their reservations. Based on other reviews, it seems like the cruises themselves are enjoyable, but the lack of organization and reliability is a major red flag. If you do choose to book with them, I highly recommend calling ahead--maybe even more than once--to confirm that they're actually operating. To their credit, they voided the charge quickly, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. On a beautiful Saturday night in March, in a prime tourist location, I can't understand why a cruise company wouldn't be running. If not then, when? Given this experience, I have no plans to book with them again.

Safe, clean environment and perfect music for positive vibes as we sailed toward rare points of view, touring downtown St Augustine. A Must do for large group gatherings (100ish person engagements, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, work parties, nights of lights, summer nights...). Such a relaxing way to spend a Friday night. Thank you to our Captain and his dynamic duo!

The night was magical, with gorgeous views of the bay, playful dolphins, and the absolute highlight--a five-course dinner by the talented @ChefWesleyNogueira from @khloeskitchen. Each course was a delight, from the artisanal charcuterie platter to spiced chicken meatballs with cranberry chutney, squid in tomato sauce, a perfectly cooked steak with mushrooms and ravioli, and a chocolate cake topped with Ferrero Rocher. Every bite was exquisite, and the sunset-lit waters of St. Augustine added a perfect touch of serenity. If you're celebrating a special occasion or just want an extraordinary evening, I highly recommend this cruise! My instructor, Nuri, was not only highly knowledgeable but also made the learning process enjoyable. He explained the techniques in a clear and accessible way, even for a complete beginner like me. Nuri's expertise and teaching style made everything feel within reach, and I quickly gained the confidence I needed to learn. Feeling inspired, I joined Women on the Water to continue my sailing journey. After years of waiting to learn how to sail, I'm excited to be on this path. Though I still have a lot to learn, I'm thrilled that St. Augustine Sailing offers so many courses to help me improve and eventually become a skilled sailor. I highly recommend this sailing class to anyone, whether you're just starting or looking to sharpen your skills. I can't wait to get back out on the water!

Within the first 5-10 minutes, another airboat from this same company intentionally sprayed our boat while we were sitting still. I ended up completely soaked and spent the rest of the tour in wet clothes and standing water in my Birkenstocks. I read the website and waiver beforehand and didn't see anything saying passengers should expect to be intentionally sprayed by another boat. If that's part of the experience, it should be mentioned so people can wear appropriate clothing or decide if it's for them. It also felt like the two captains were joking around with each other, but unfortunately the paying passengers were the ones who got caught in the middle. One other thing to be aware of: the bathrooms were out of order, leaving only one portable toilet that was extremely full and unpleasant to use. I don't write reviews often, and I'm not expecting a perfectly dry airboat ride. I fully expected some spray from the ride itself. I just think guests should know about these things ahead of time so they can come prepared or choose not to participate. With a few changes, this could have been a much better experience. ****Thank you for the response. I appreciate you confirming that intentionally soaking paying customers, providing unusable restroom facilities, and dismissing legitimate concerns is "exactly what your experience is all about." I couldn't have written a better warning for future customers myself.

This was my first time on an airboat, and it definitely did not disappoint. While I wish we had seen a bit more wildlife, we still got to spot an alligator, a few turtles, and some beautiful ospreys along the way. The music added a really fun energy to the ride and made the experience even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique and exciting adventure.
