this location is often closed down for equipment failure but you wouldn't know that because they just close the lanes off and don't explain it. you'll drive out of your way there to find it's not in operation. when it is in operation and you make your way to the vacuums, you'll find they have no suction and that the nozzles are falling off. there are cheaper washes in town and you probably have a hose at home. read more

After work I went home to pick up my wife's car to take it over to the Car Wash. Mind you it's about a 20 minute drive. When I got to the window, I asked for the top-of-the-line wash and the attendant they informed me that their card machine was down so it was cash only. I didn't come out to have to use cash so when I told him Ihad none on me, he told me to just pull around to the entrance of the Car Wash and they would let me out into the parking lot. I couldn't just back up because there was already two cars behind me in line. It took a few minutes to make it around to the point where they can let you out they had to remove a bollard, but I had to wait for someone to come out and do it. The people behind me weren't too happy and she her as pleasure honking the horn but what am I supposed to do? I'm disappointed they didn't post a sign at the front, even a temporary one saying cash only, but even more disappointed that I driven all the way out to the car wash only to be told their card machine wasn't working. I understand things can happen, but the part that doesn't sit well with me is that no concession was made. They could've offered to let me go through for free for the cheapest wash, or offer some sort of discount if I came back in the future. it seems to me that the only consideration given here was their bottom line and my waist of time out, as well as the time sitting in line waiting to be let out didn't really matter. When they were two people an equation it can't be all one-sided. I think I'm gonna give this place a miss going forward and give my business to Car Wash it actually respects their customers' time. read more

Had an awful experience at this establishment. Not only was SUBSTANTIAL damage done to my vehicle, but the manager, Matt, was rude, accused me of falsifying the damage even though the part of my car had to be removed from the machine, but also refused to get back to me because he said the employees should never have told me "We apologize and our manager will follow up with your concern." I understand accidents, but it is going on two weeks and still nothing has been done. I requested information to contact someone, and was informed that the owners are too busy and cannot be bothered by my "claim" even though the cameras show the damage throughout the car wash process. This was an absolutely awful experience, and there were more car parts on the floor of the establishment, letting me know this happens pretty frequently. I paid for a service and my car was only partially cleaned and the rest of the staff was kind but the management was not. This was not worth the hassle or the cost. read more

I mentioned to the service representative that the last few times the car wash did not remove any of the bugs stuck to the front of the car. I also mentioned that it did not clean the windshield well. His response: "That's because this is an express wash, it's not going to remove bugs and bird poop. If you want those removed you need to have your car detailed". Now when I go to the other automatic wash in town, this is not a problem. So it's an "okay" wash if you are only looking to remove light road dirt. read more

Affordable, quick, effective. Individual or package wash options for washing your car. It's completely automated. There is a brush or brushless feature so if you worry about your car getting scratches then you're safe here. I get my car washed often just because of how new, quick and affordable it is. A lot of car washes in DE require a 15-20 minute wait while charging you $30 per wash where I was not satisfied. As much as that seems like it may be worth it to some, I like to get the chore of getting my car washed over and done with. I'm a regular here at this place. Trash absolutely trash. Stay away if you think you are dealing with a trust worthy business. I've NEVER been to worst customer service related business in 58 years. This place damaged my vehicle and absolutely refuses to even talk to me about it. I've called them no less than 15 times, stopped by and sent emails, and nothing. Had bird poop on car... paid for the 15 dollar wash. I had never been there and I guess I should have read the reviews. The wash was faster than expected and didn't remove the poo... guess I won't be wasting any more money on their garbage wash. read more
