On my visit, I paid $30 for an exterior wash, autogloss, and tire gloss. While I understand that prices have increased, my concern is not with the cost but with the quality of service provided. For reference, my receipt information is as follows: Exterior #53hz7 Docket #53hz7 date 12/12/26 11:45 am The location appears to be operating under a new system that only allows one car at a time, with just two employees at the register and two handling interior details. Unfortunately, this staffing level is insufficient to deliver the level of service customers expect. As a result, my vehicle was left drying in the sun, which caused noticeable water spots. I ultimately had to rewash and dry the car myself, which defeats the purpose of paying for professional service. This experience was both frustrating and unacceptable. When customers pay for premium services such as autogloss and tire gloss, they should reasonably expect their vehicle to be properly cared for and finished without issues that require additional work on their part. I hope Autobell will take this feedback seriously and address the staffing and process issues at this location. The other employee left the register to then pull his colleague(Chris) to the back to tell them that we were complaining about how uncomfortable they were making us. Which is why Chris avoided me a left the store when I returned for for their name. I was able to ask another employee for the name of the person that was following us in the store and they were happy to let me know their name is Chris. I do not recommend coming to this store at all. No one is ever at the register if you want to bye something from behind the counter and staff seem to be very prejudiced against those who are ethnically diverse. With the exception of some not all.
