I'm not certain if they got new jobs or left the country considering some things that are going on socially, but the new team members just don't seem to have the same care as before. I have decided to cancel my membership for these reasons and also there is a new larger one that's closer to where I moved 4 years ago now; they got a lot of money from membership out of me without my using it over the last 2 years as much. After doing some research for professional detailers in the area I went with CleanPRO because they had an express hand wash option for $30. The express wash entails a quick vacuum of the front driver and passenger areas, hand wash, and hand dry. This does not include any waxes, polishes, sealants, and the like which are either included in different packages or available as add-ons for an additional price. I went with the express wash because I recently had body work done and I cannot get any waxes or coatings until the paint fully cures. I am overall satisfied with the work they performed. One thing I would recommend is to do a walk-around with a microfiber cloth when you get home and clean off some of the water spots on your car. I wish the detailer spent a little extra attention drying the water off the vehicle, but I may be nitpicking for a $30 hand wash. I had to do this in the past at automated car washes that hand dry your vehicle, but their MO is to pump out cars quickly. I expected a professional detail to have a bit more care and attention. Perhaps the higher-tiered packages will yield better results. However, this is a small inconvenience I am willing to overlook to protect my cars paint. All in all the professionals over at CleanPRO do a very good job at excellent prices. I want to mention that this review is based solely on my own personal experience and by no means is a reflection of the overall work that CleanPRO performs.
