I took a promotional offer of 30 days of unlimited car wash for $17.99 on February 21, 2024. I went back on March 21st, 2024 for another free car wash but was told that the offer had expired the day before (3/20/2024). I worked out the math with the attendants, but was told their "system" said my offer had expired and they could not do anything about it. There were 29 days in February this year, so even if you include February 21st, that would've been 9 days in February plus 21 days in March which equals 30 days I believe. So, with that said, I will no longer patronize this car wash business. Also, the side wash spin cycle kept slapping my mirrors back & forth and just glad they weren't broken off my new 2023 truck. Tried to get my car washed today little did I know that there was an inch of rust on my driver's side and none on my passenger side. Crisis averted as I was informed that if I went through their precious car wash my rust would come off onto their scrubbers and scrape the paint off of all the cars behind me. If not for the genius workers there I would have damaged half of the cars in town. Whew close call! read more
