Overall a negative experience with staff. I have had a subscription for their top wash for over a year and was alright with it. It used to be $30/month and is now $38/month, which is a little ridiculous in my opinion. The wash is very aggressive on the car, leaving some fibers lodged in panel gaps of my car, and scratching paint off my mirror. I filed a claim about the damage to my car and they couldn't care less to help. After numerous calls of getting no help and having one of the managers laugh about my issue, it's safe to say I would NOT recommend this car wash as the staff is unpleasant to work with and the wash will damage your car. (An OEM mirror cap for my car is roughly $50) read more

I paid for the monthly membership and I'm able to go anytime. It does a good job and the guys working there are very nice.

Was billed to my Visa monthly and I did not authorize this. When I complained to manager he said I had signed up on line. He could not provide any documentation proving that I did sign up online. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and when they contacted the manager they said he did not respond to the complaint. read more

New car wash in town so I had to try. We have a large truck and bought the monthly trial of the $35 wash for $20. The results are okay. Nothing like my detailer does but it's a car wash. I don't expect much. It's in a prime location near shopping and restaurants. Vacuums are free. Tons of trash cans to empty out your trash. There's 1 entrance and 1 exit. Located off Rt 47. The people that work here are very rude!!! On multiple occasions there have been problems getting into the wash!! Everytime some ignorant worker walks up and says hold on then acts like you need your hand heald while you drive thru the wash!!! It's a car wash people not to hard to figure it out!!!You need to stay inside your little booth and leave the customers alone!!!!! 0 stars for customer service the wash itself 3 stars cause the dryer doesn't dry your whole car!!! read more

This wash was equivalent to a swift wash. My car was not that dirty when I went through, I bought the works wash for $20 what a waste of money. My wheels and windows and the back of my car were still dirty. I recommend fast Eddie's or The Grove wash they are way better for the money. read more

Crappy car wash. Does a crappy job. Car is never clean. I got the $35 monthly package for the first month for $20. Thought I would give it a try. Been through that wash now three times in the last 2 weeks and my car never comes clean with their car wash. The amount of soap that is dispensed on your car, even with the top car wash, is lackluster. I think their drive belt through the car wash goes way too fast also. I think they spent way too much money and way too much time on automating everything else and not enough time. Worrying about doing what the car wash should be doing, like cleaning the car. Needless to say I will be canceling my trial monthly membership and won't go back to them. read more

I'm giving it one last chance before I come in here to rate a 1 star and attach a picture to it, if anyone cares. All I'm saying now is that their actions are showing that they do not take responsibilities for their actions. If anything ever gets damage after you come out of the car wash, not only will it take them forever to get back to you, but they have requirements as far as how they want your car to be repaired in order for them to reimburse you. On Friday I ran my Toyota Sequoia 2017 through Tommy' Car wash , and it literally mangled my back window windshield wiper. I immediately went to a Mgr Name Sand and he came with a iPod and took pictures of rear window Wiper . It was pretty much mangled and destroyed, along with 2 scratches on my back tailgate. He told me he would get back to me in 24 hours. After he reviewed videos. I finally was able to get ahold of him on Sunday and he said they refused to fix or allow me to see videos. And told me it was not their fault , they did the damage in essence calling me a liar. My truck was in show room condition at the time , And he observed that . I would never take my car or any other to that car wash. Not to mention when pulling out of car wash to the left it is extremely unsafe for cars coming out . I will eat a windshield wiper today for fear of an accident tomorrow. Would never go there again. And strongly would suggest anyone going there. Cancelled my subscription . From a friendly neighbor at Dell Webbs . 1 more things just went to Amazon to purchase new Arm and blade and it is only 19.87 . Lot cheaper then I thought. If they won't replace a 20 dollar part , imagine anything more expensive. Have a great day. read more
