While employees are polite and helpful, the equipment itself is not that friendly to paint and shield wipers. That added extra expenses in repairs in the long run. The first time (not being sure)I let it slide and repaired it myself. The second time I noticed damage on vehicle, I reported it and never heard a word from management. This is a great care wash for the value. We never select options above the basic wash and our cars have come out clean and unharmed. I totally get the concerns of damage coming to your car, but that's the risk you take with a carwash that isn't touch-free. I've used the touch-free kinds and they tend to not clean as well, though I guess it depends on the level of dirt you have. They also have monthly packages that would definitely pay off if you can come in once a week. We've contemplated it, but we probably wouldn't make the drive out to take advantage of it. One odd note is that though there are touch screens and you could select and swipe your card on your own, they always have people out there to attend to the displays. I don't mind it, but maybe they could save on their expenses and pass the savings to the customer if they saved the workforce for maintaining the equipment. I digress. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH AND WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH AGAIN. I have gone her many times with my car. Never had an issue. Yes my car is a 2004 with some body surface rust, BUT nothing else is wrong with it. I took it there for a car wash Friday. As I went through the one section with those huge flat things that go across your car heard a funny noise but thought it was because they were just so big and heavy swinging onto the roof. BUT I heard something weird as I was being moved through the dryers and then suddenly a big blue piece of plastic goes flying across my drivers window and onto the pavement. I looked and was what the hell was that and then realized IT WAS FROM MY CAR...FROM THE PLASTIC THING BY THE SUN ROOF. I pulled out and got a shift manager who informed me that they probably aren't going to do anything BECAUSE OF THE AGE OF MY CAR. THEY BROKE IT THEY SHOULD FIX IT. No phone call, nothing at all from this place. That is just not right. THEY HAVE CAMERAS SO THEY CAN DARN WELL SEE THEIR EQUIPMENT BROKE IT AND THEY HAVE THE PIECE THAT WENT FLYING because I also thought they should know that some other pieces were inside the car wash and could possibly cause equipment issue. One of the better car washes in the area for the price. Ever since I moved here Swift has been great I go there often and my parents also have a membership with them. Car typically comes out pretty clean and haven't had any issues with scratches. Really like how after the carwash there's free vaccuming and little air guns to clear off mats or the inside of your car. They also have a free a mat cleaning station that you can feed your matts through to get clean. Some other notes: 1. They don't offer handwash services, so don't come here expecting that. 2. On 08/11/2022 I went to swift wash to wash my truck. As I exited the carwash, I noticed a film or residue on my truck. I parked the truck, and the attendant came out and stated that they had a hydraulic line that had burst in the car wash. Several cars in front and behind me were sprayed with hydraulic fluid. The remedy by the attendant was to return to the carwash in an hour. Instead, I returned in 2.5 hours and they were still working on fixing the broken line. On my way back to the carwash my truck as well as others were directed by the attendant to go through the exit lane as the entrance was blocked. At that time, the exit bar came down on my truck and scratched the truck. I asked for the manager and the attendant told me he would be there as he was running his car through the wash. I spoke with Michael (Mike) Zolli and showed him the damage and was upset with the hydraulic fluid on my truck. I also, explained that I was directed to go through this area. Mike apologized and assured me there would be no damage from the hydraulic fluid leak. Mike also stated that customer service is paramount with Swift Wash and they would paint my truck if needed. Mike directed me to fill out an incident report for his corporate office. Today, on 08/16/22, I receive a message from Carin Falasco (Swift Wash Customer Service), stating that this matter is my fault. Carin's partial canned and dismissive message is as follows: After carefully reviewing your claim and the investigation performed by our on-site manager, we have determined that the damage you reported from the gate on August 11th was not our fault. In the attached video it is clear that you are too far over in the exit lane, which resulted in the gate hitting your vehicle when it came down. As for the hydraulic fluid, this was all removed from your vehicle the same day and didn't cause any damage. read more

WARNING if your vehicle is 10 years or older and damage is caused while going thru the car wash they will not repair it. Took my car here for the first time was really excited to get it cleaned until halfway through the wash my driver side mirror was snapped back by the spinner that gets the sides of the car. After the car wash I went to find a employee and found the site manager who was very polite and helped me to fill out the claim while he took pictures of the damage. The next day I got this email response from customer service: (Thank you for letting us know about the damage to your vehicle. I am sincerely sorry for the frustration this has caused you. Your vehicle's safety is our #1 concern. I can understand how alarming it must have been to go to the carwash only to notice this damage afterwards. Your vehicle is a large investment, and I know that any damage is upsetting. Caring for its safety is a privilege that everyone at Swift Wash takes very seriously. We are committed to a fair resolution for every customer, and we uphold a strict policy of closely investigating each claim. Yours has been no exception. After carefully reviewing your claim and the investigation performed by our on-site manager, we have determined that the damage you reported on January 11th is not consistent with damage caused by our wash process. * Our on site manager personally verified that all of our equipment and soft-cloth technology was in top operating condition at the time of your vehicle's wash. * When our equipment is at fault, damage appears in specific shapes, locations, and patterns that correspond to the particular movement of each component. For some reason, my hungrier half is very particular about where and how his car is lathered & loved. Swift Wash is a great car wash, always getting our cars sparkling clean as long as you don't mind a wet car at the end of the tunnel. For some reason their blowers do not get your car all the way dry. If you desire a dryer car, you can always do it yourself at their drying/vacuuming stalls. If you're planning on making a habit of bathing your ride, you should really look into their monthly subscription. For $10, you can go through the car wash as many times as your hear desires. The RFID tag for your membership only works half the time if you're lucky, but there's almost always an attendant at the kiosk who's happy to push the buttons for you. The biggest downside to this car wash is that they're only open til 6, which severely limits the ability to clean your car if you work at a job with any sort of commute. Overall though, Swift Wash gets the job done and at a great price. read more

This is to be expected when using a car wash service like this as the cars ahead of you will have debris coming off of them and then they might rub into your car. Michael the Regional Manager ended up making everything right, paid for the cost of the repairs that I needed done and assured me that it will Not happen again. It took a little longer for the repair to be done but I'm just happy that this got resolved and repaired. UPDATED REVIEW: brought up this wash another star! Under new management they really stepped it up and renovated! Things look new and shiny! There's typically a staff member who comes to the pay station to make sure you press the things you want. There's also someone right where you enter to lead you into to the wash correctly. Fun lighting throughout the wash and a garage door that opens and closes when you enter and leave the wash! Very clean too and the place has been fully repainted. Looks like somewhere you can get your car washed frequently! I would give this place a 5 star but they are raising the club membership to 15 dollars a month when I was paying 9.99. I understand now that club members are going to get the premium wash but being subjected to a raise in price sucks a little because I would be ok with having the basic wash membership! I appreciate new management reaching out! It's been a great experience since the change. OLD REVIEW: Standard car wash overall! I have a monthly membership here and I tend to go at least every week. I understand Swift wash is under new management and I'll probably update this review after tomorrow. They were closed today for remodeling I believe. So the carwash overall cleans my car completely fine. I'm hoping that with the remodeling they will fix the sensor that picks up how I am a member. The pay area to enter the car wash has 2 pay stations and the one on the left sucks. And the staff is really inattentive sometimes. I'm excited for the remodeling to see how they're going to change it up. Once you exit the car wash there is a vacuuming station and I've never had a problem using those. It seems like there's always parking space available to be able to use the vacuums. Everything works here but the place looks run down and the pay stations are finicky. The staff sometimes runs out forgetting to realize customers are here. Place just looks a little dirty. I don't have a problem going here though! I've got a memebership with this establishment. I went there on 08/23/2022, I believe and there was a line. A guy came to my car and said there was a wait, due to an issue inside. We waited a minute and went on in. I had no issues with my car, ie (paint, chips, nothing). A day later I noticed some paint was scratched off of my car in two different parts of my car. It was VERY noticeable. You can tell that it was from the circle scrubbers at the car wash. I reached out to them, and they determined that they were not at fault! I decided to clean out my car today. I noticed the vacuums so cleaned out the interior of my car then I was vacuuming. I was approached by swift wash employee he told me I wasn't allowed to use the vacuums unless I purchased a wash. This seems extremely petty to me and the chances of me getting a car wash here now are very slim. I just recently use the Jiffy Lube service but found out they're not affiliated.
