I showed up at 8:55AM to two women who were doing alterations, neither of which spoke any English. One of the ladies tried to say they were closed and to wait outside. It's literally no one in the store and it's like 8:57 AM, they open at 9 AM. So I wait the two minutes right by the window and open the door again. I tried to communicate but I don't think the women understood anything I was saying. I needed the zipper fixed today as I am wearing the clothing tomorrow. The lady wrote down $22 for the broken zipper which was steep but whatever so then I tried to ask her if she can fix it today. She wrote down the number 7 and said today and cash only. She took the clothing but never asked me for my contact information or gave me a receipt or anything. Fast forward to 7:00pm the shop is closed. And they're not open tomorrow which is when I need the dress. I really don't understand why a store would hire people who speak 0 English? Like I understand it's Miami Lakes/ Hialeah but like seriously? Definitely never going here again, plenty of newer dry cleaners around that are more professional and have people who actually speak English.

They usually take about 4-5 days to have all your clothes dry cleaned and ironed. I typically drop off about 20/25 pieces. Which is a lot. Therefore if you drop off less clothing the turn around would be shorter. I work in a office so I usually wear slacks and long sleeves everyday so when they see me come in they know I bring a hefty load. $1.50 to wash and iron your shirt is unbeatable. Every other item is $3.25 If you have specialty items such a linen or silk, leather the cost might be higher. None of my shirts have ever been damaged or gone missing. I've been coming here for about 2 years. No complaints thus far, some people might find it bothersome but the owner there speaks mainly Spanish and can defend herself with the English language. Keep that in mind.

I am very upset about how this business operates. I had paid for alterations for suits that did not…read morecome out well. As a customer of previous alterations, the alteration is unfinished until the customer satisfied. Unfortunately, the owner of this location does not understand customer service. The person who took my measurements is not even the seamstress. she had to call the owner who then explained to her, give the customer 20% off. They want to make money on me twice for a unfinished job. I will be sure to tell everyone not to come here, and avoid this business. EDIT to owners response. My mind was never changed on how the alterations were supposed to be made. And I was unaware that the person taking my measurements was not the person performing the work on the actual pants, which explains why there was a misunderstanding between this woman and the seamstress. If I had changed my mind and wanted something different , I would accept that and cover the cost. My alterations were from waist and length, not once was anything confirmed if the job was done correctly, as a paying customer should expect. In fact, I wasn't satisfied with any of the alterations for any of the three pairs of pants I had brought to your shop, this was just the most noticeable one. Communicating that the person taking measurements is not the person doing the alterations would be nice as well before spending the money.

Upon entering and being greeted, I checked in on Yelp to find out they have a 30% off check-in offer for new customers. I presented it and they took it no qualms. In this, I also found out that they send you an e-mail when your order is done. Needless to say, that's exactly what happened. When I came to pick up my order, which was a dress, it was lovely. It was clean, packed well, and I was pleased. I did find the price a bit pricey compared to my old dry cleaner in Hialeah, but it is what it is. I ended up, too, speaking to a seamstress there about a top I had gotten fixed elsewhere. I told her I didn't know whether to further fix it or not. She had me try it on, quoted me a price, and then actually spoke to me about the pros and cons about whether or not it made sense to fix it further. Given the material, how often I plan to wear the top, and the price itself to fix it, the seamstress was honest and told me it didn't make sense to fix it. Nevertheless, she would if I wanted to. This went on for half an hour or so, and well, that level of attention and care, even though I didn't end up getting the top fixed, convinced me of my return. When I have something that actually is worth altering, I'll go to them. They actually care about their customers unlike the other place I went to. Not to mention that they did a great job on my dress. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the price, but even then, I'm sure I may change my tune in the future if they continue to provide exemplary service.
