After picking my clothes up from Sparkle, I immediately noticed the difference. They hung my work clothes up with their own hangers, It smelled very clean. Everything was nicely folded and without wrinkles. To put the cherry on top, the gentleman even helped me with the heavy bag and took it out to my car. This place is a go to if you lack time. When I went back to address the issue, instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they just blamed the fabric of my shirts, saying they had no control over it. *They also don't do the dry cleaning themselves. They source it out*. I know this because the young man also told me, "we have no control over the outcome as we don't do the drycleaning ourselves." Aside from damaging the shirts, they didn't even offer a simple refund or offer any kind of compensation, leaving me with two damaged shirts that I can't wear out anymore. I expected much better service, especially considering the price I paid for the dry cleaning. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values their clothes or their customer service experience.

As a customer of previous alterations, the alteration is unfinished until the customer satisfied. Unfortunately, the owner of this location does not understand customer service. The person who took my measurements is not even the seamstress. she had to call the owner who then explained to her, give the customer 20% off. They want to make money on me twice for a unfinished job. I will be sure to tell everyone not to come here, and avoid this business. EDIT to owners response. My mind was never changed on how the alterations were supposed to be made. And I was unaware that the person taking my measurements was not the person performing the work on the actual pants, which explains why there was a misunderstanding between this woman and the seamstress. If I had changed my mind and wanted something different , I would accept that and cover the cost. My alterations were from waist and length, not once was anything confirmed if the job was done correctly, as a paying customer should expect. In fact, I wasn't satisfied with any of the alterations for any of the three pairs of pants I had brought to your shop, this was just the most noticeable one. Communicating that the person taking measurements is not the person doing the alterations would be nice as well before spending the money.

In this, I also found out that they send you an e-mail when your order is done. Needless to say, that's exactly what happened. When I came to pick up my order, which was a dress, it was lovely. It was clean, packed well, and I was pleased. I did find the price a bit pricey compared to my old dry cleaner in Hialeah, but it is what it is. I ended up, too, speaking to a seamstress there about a top I had gotten fixed elsewhere. I told her I didn't know whether to further fix it or not. She had me try it on, quoted me a price, and then actually spoke to me about the pros and cons about whether or not it made sense to fix it further. Given the material, how often I plan to wear the top, and the price itself to fix it, the seamstress was honest and told me it didn't make sense to fix it. Nevertheless, she would if I wanted to. This went on for half an hour or so, and well, that level of attention and care, even though I didn't end up getting the top fixed, convinced me of my return. When I have something that actually is worth altering, I'll go to them. They actually care about their customers unlike the other place I went to. Not to mention that they did a great job on my dress. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the price, but even then, I'm sure I may change my tune in the future if they continue to provide exemplary service.

First problem, the sleeves on my blazer were cut shorter than I asked for. Secondly, I specifically let the woman at the desk know that I needed everything by Thursday for an event I have on Friday. Friday morning, I go to pick up my shirt and it's still not there. My event is at 6pm and the lady tells me over the phone at 4:46pm that the owner went to get my shirt himself and that it "should" be there before they close at 6pm which doesn't help me at all. Now I have to rush to the mall and buy a brand new shirt because of their own negligence. They gave me no apology nor even offered me a refund. I'll be steering clear of silver isles cleaners from here on out and I suggest y'all do the same. They don't care! I spent over $100 for the tailoring and the dry cleaning all for nothing!
