And judging by his experience and our experience dealing with the staff, etc...it was seemless. Everything was laid out and easy to understand. The staff was thorough with explaining the Do's and Dont's as well as where everything is to access on the boat. The boat was ready upon our arrival. It was clean and ran great. All in all, we all have a grand time. We also had big smiles on our faces coming off the boat when it was all said and done.
